Ma soprattutto senza gente invasata che pensa solo ad ingrandire la massa muscolare. Ottima posizione, Consigliata! Excellent gym, maybe not as big as others in the city, but with qualified staff that follows you and evaluates your progress. But above all without possessed people who only think about enlarging their muscle mass. Great location, Recommended!

Ottimi gli istruttori, discreti i servizi. My first entry into this gym dates back almost 20 years. Since then I have not stopped training. Very central location. L'offerta studiata per i ragazzi mantiene i prezzi assolutamente competitivi sebbene vengano offerti una sala pesi spaziosa e completa, sauna, bagno turco, ingressi illimitati, possibilità di frequentare corsi e di disporre di un massaggiatore. Le docce sono state fatte nuove recentemente ed è stata inserita una zona provvista di un'illuminazione piacevolissima che rende il momento del "post allenamento" estremamente rilassante specialmente se accompagnato da sauna e bagno turco. La miglior cura per lo stress, il miglior modo per staccare dallo studio (o dal lavoro presumo). La possibilità di fare delle prove gratuite e senza impegno testimonia la professionalità e la trasparenza dei servizi offerti. In corrispondenza delle feste Alessandro (il proprietario) è solito offrire da mangiare e da bere ai membri, il che rende l'idea del calore dell'ambiente che è stato creato. Nice and perfectly organized place. The friendliness of the staff and trainers manages to create a "familiar" environment without neglecting professionalism. The offer designed for children maintains absolutely competitive prices although a spacious and complete weight room, sauna, Turkish bath, unlimited entrances, the possibility to attend courses and have a masseur are offered. The showers have been made new recently and an area with pleasant lighting has been added which makes the moment of "post-workout" extremely relaxing especially if accompanied by a sauna and Turkish bath. The best cure for stress, the best way to get away from the study (or work I assume). The possibility of making free and non-binding trials testifies to the professionalism and transparency of the services offered. At the holidays Alessandro (the owner) usually offers food and drinks to the members, which gives the idea of the warmth of the environment that has been created.

Il maestro Francesco é veramente bravissimo e lo consiglio a tutti coloro che volessero intraprendere questa strada, o per chi lo volesse proporre ai figli. Great gym and recreational spot. Here I took karate lessons as a child and still now (interrupted alas for health problems). Maestro Francesco is really very good and I recommend him to all those who want to take this path, or for those who want to propose it to their children.

Titolare invece scortese e scorretto e questo riverbera pesantemente sulle attività della palestra e sulla soddisfazione del cliente.Assolutamente sconsigliata! I ragazzi e il proprietario sono sempre stati molto disponibili e gentili creando un ambiente sereno e tranquillo. Sala pesi non gigantesca ma ben organizzata e con tutto quello che serve per allenarsi bene. Alcuni attrezzi possono sembrare datati ma non fatevi ingannare... funzionano meglio di molte macchine di più recente costruzione. Se dovessi tornare in zona centro non avrei dubbio su quale palestra scegliere. I have been training at the temple for years and I must say that among the gyms in the center it is one of the best. The guys and the owner have always been very helpful and kind, creating a peaceful and quiet environment. Weight room not gigantic but well organized and with everything you need to train well. Some tools may look dated but don't be fooled ... they work better than many newer machines. If I were to return to the downtown area, I would have no doubt about which gym to choose.
