★ ★ ★ ★ ★ utilizzano un sistema di pagamento che ti costringe a versare un PSP verso banche che non vorresti far intervenire in quanto io uso la intesa san paolo e pagando tramite lei non verserei nessun PSP - è una specie di truffa obbligare a pagare come vogliono loro
they use a payment system that forces you to pay a PSP to banks that you would not want to intervene as I use the intesa san paolo and paying through it I would not pay any PSP - it is a kind of scam to force you to pay as they want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che servizio pessimo. È da un mese che tento di far chiudere un contatore (pratica rimasta in sospeso da mesi) per aprire una nuova fornitura e, nonostante segnalazioni aperte e appuntamenti presi, nessuno si presenta.
Al centralino personale scortese e maleducato, con cui mi è toccato litigare per giunta.
In generale perdite varie per la città, quartieri interi lasciati senz’acqua senza alcun preavviso.
Che servizio pessimo. L’unico a La Spezia a non funzionare e a creare disagi non indifferenti agli utenti, approfittandosene di avere l’esclusiva sulla fornitura di acqua.
