★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 solo impiegato per 5 persone in attesa fuori in coda e naturalmente tempi di attesa lunghi, (ogni persona ha tipologie di cose da fare diverse), quindi non sai quando finirai e attendere fuori in strada se piove non è piacevole.
 Only 1 employee for 5 people waiting outside in line and of course long waiting times, (each person has different types of things to do), so you don't know when you will finish and waiting outside in the street if it rains is not pleasant.

Se malauguratamente un povero utente in quelle fasce orarie lavorasse?
Al telefono non ti rispondono nemmeno se sei il presidente della Repubblica.
Per avvalersi dei servizi che svolge la motorizzazione civile consiglio di andare a Fosdinovo, quella più vicina, dove sanno cosa vuol dire "lavorare" e soprattutto hanno dei veri orari d'ufficio, altro che questi latitanti.
Nonostante sia più distante ho impiegato meno tempo tra andata e ritorno pur essendo impegnato con il lavoro.
Sulla Treccani come sinonimo di vergogna dovrebbero mettere il vostro nome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un locale grande come una palestra che accoglie SOLO una persona per volta. Semplicemente inconcepibile, tanto poi si resta ammassati su di un minuscolo marciapiede sotto il sole (e con giornate tiepide va pure bene...) o la pioggia. Almeno fosse facile pagare il bollo sto online...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è molto negativa in quanto sono due giorni che provo a mettermi in contatto con l'Aci di La Spezia per il rinnovo della patente in quanto io sono socio da più di trent'anni, non risponde mai nessuno. Risponde sempre la segreteria automatica ma quando digito il numero corrispondente all'ufficio preposto non risponde nessuno, bisogna mandarli tutti a casa e far lavorare chi ne ha voglia.
My experience is very negative as I have been trying to get in touch with the Aci of La Spezia for the renewal of my license for two days as I have been a member for more than thirty years, nobody ever answers. The automatic answering machine always answers but when I dial the number corresponding to the office in charge, no one answers, you have to send them all home and let those who want to work.
