Ottima anche la presentazione in occasione della consegna della barca (briefing): professionale e dettagliata. At each rental I have always found modern, clean and well maintained boats. Ho prenotato una barca, dato conferma via email, e per sicurezza anche telefonato per essere sicuro che tutto fosse a posto prima di organizzare con gli amici il viaggio. Ricevendo conferma. Il giorno dopo mi hanno comunicato (via email) che nel frattempo avevano ricevuto un'altra prenotazione, e che la barca non era più disponibile.... (!!?) Ho espresso il mio disappunto e chiesto che mi trovassero un'alternativa. Più risposta... Non fidatevi.. Andrea Totally unreliable.
