Merita almeno 4 stelle. Für uns war das kein Problem. Wir wollten von hier aus zum Hauptbahnhof. Das sind dann ungefähr eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß. Man hätte uns auch ein Taxi bestellt. Dadurch, dass das Parkhaus nicht so groß ist, soll man den Autoschlüssel abgeben , dann kann das Auto gegebenenfalls umgesetzt werden. Für uns war das kein Problem. Eine kleine ordentliche Toilette gibt es auch. Der Preis von 1, - Euro pro Stunde ist sehr gut. Here you will be received very friendly. The conversations in English went very well. G	Giulia Iodice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza orribile, dopo svariate chiamate prima di partire dove era stato richiesto numerose volte se potevano venirci a prendere in stazione attraverso il servizio navetta (espressamente dichiarato sul loro sito), alla fine del nostro viaggio loro non si sono presentati alla stazione dicendoci di raggiungerli a piedi (23 minuti da google maps) non considerando il peso valigie/zaini e il caldo estivo. Ci siamo trovati a scegliere il loro parking esclusivamente per questo fantomatico servizio navetta, ma in realtà costretti a pagare il taxi. Una volta arrivati i signori che al telefono ci avevano detto di essere impegnati in realtà erano in ufficio a chiacchierare e fare uno spuntino. Evidentemente se non fossimo stati dei 20enni ma signori in giacca e cravatta con Mercedes probabilmente non sarei qui a scrivere questa recensione. Magari leggendo questa recensione il signore proprietario avrà il coraggio di rispondere alla mia lamentela invece di chiudersi nel suo ufficio e far finta di nulla, magari per lui attraverso computer e telefono è più facile parlare :) Horrible experience, after several calls before leaving where it was asked numerous times if they could pick us up at the station through the shuttle service (expressly stated on their website), at the end of our journey they did not show up at the station telling us to join them at feet (23 minutes from google maps) not considering the weight of suitcases / backpacks and the summer heat. We found ourselves choosing their parking exclusively for this elusive shuttle service, but in reality we were forced to pay for the taxi. Once the gentlemen who told us they were busy on the phone arrived, they were actually in the office chatting and having a snack. Obviously if we weren't 20-year-olds but gentlemen in suits with Mercedes I probably wouldn't be here writing this review. Maybe reading this review the owner gentleman will have the courage to answer my complaint instead of closing himself in his office and pretending nothing, maybe for him through computer and telephone it is easier to talk :)

They were so responsive with questions, immediately there for us for check-in on a day beyond their regular hours, coordinated taxi's, etc. The gentlemen who helped us was such a delight - highly recommend!
