R	Roberto Bordin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto la voltura on line, in quanto il sito acam prevede tale possibilità, mi reco direttamente di persona in via Picco per avere notizie in merito in quanto sono diversi giorni che nn ricevevo risposta alla mia mail. Premetto che lo stesso sito mi diceva che la pratica era stata inviata correttamente. Dopo essere giunto allo sportello e chiedendo notizie in merito con relativo numero della pratica il personale mi informa che nn esiste, che nn la vedono e che la devo rifare completamente da capo.....senza neanche motivare tale disagio...o perdita di tempo.. Alla fine il consiglio non andato a buon fine. La voce registrata dice causa covid il personale e' ridotto..... After exasperating waits, problem not solved. The assistant is also polite but the line closes after a few seconds of conversation and away. In the end, the advice failed. The recorded voice says cause covid the staff is reduced .....

Ad ogni botta e risposta sullo stesso topic attribuiscono numeri ticket progressivi differenti, così posticipando volutamente le tempistiche delle pratiche già in essere. Tra tanti competitor in altre sedi, sono i peggiori in assoluto! Purtroppo in certe zone si è costretti poiché non esistono alternative, altrimenti non avrebbero neppure più un cliente. Oltretutto bollette carissime, fuori range. Solo una cosa non dipendente da lei: sono andato per modificare l'intestatario di un contratto in essere di un appartamento dei 600 servito dal sistema idrico da oltre 50 anni e mi stupisco che mi vengano richiesti i dati catastali. Se mi legge un dirigente Acam mi farebbe cosa gradita se mi desse una spiegazione logica. Ora dovrò comunicarli a un numero verde dopo chissà quante ore d'attesa. Served with professionalism by a trained lady although recently employed.
