La bella cosa è che nn c'è bisogno di prendere l'appuntamento, quindi per le persone come me che non ha dei orari fissi è ideale, anche se tante volte dobbiamo aspettare un po'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata chiedendo se era possibile effettuare un semi permanente alla mani e la ragazza a cui mi rivolgevo neanche mi ascoltava o faceva finta perché era intenta a parlare con l’auricolare con una altra persona. Alla fine mi ha fatto accomodare ed e’ stata l’esperienza peggiore ricevuta. Dall’inizio alla fine ha parlato al telefono ed era impossibile parlare che non capiva perché preferiva farsi i fatti suoi quindi dovevo ripetere le cose e rispondeva infastidita . Durante il trattamento aveva dei modi bruschi di trattare le mani e mi ha fatto sanguinare usando la lima con violenza. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto perché è privo di professionalità e anche cura del cliente.

During the treatment he had abrupt ways of treating his hands and made me bleed using the file violently. I strongly advise against this place as it is lacking in professionalism and even customer care.
