Sono entrato in questo negozio per pura curiosità e non mi aspettavo di essere trattato in mal modo da uno dei vostri dipendenti. Dopo aver chiesto gentilmente un'informazione mi ha fatto segno di uscire immediatamente dal negozio. Non era neanche l'orario di chiusura. Vi sembra il modo di trattare così i clienti?
 Bad experience.
I walked into this shop out of pure curiosity and didn't expect to be treated badly by one of your employees. After politely asking for information, he waved me out of the shop immediately. It wasn't even closing time. Does this seem like the way to treat customers like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 anni fa sono entrato per la prima volto in questo negozio di Varese (per me il migliore di Varese) e da quel giorno me ne sono innamorato:
mi vesto solo lì, dalla caviglia in su fino alla testa, prodotti buoni e sempre alla moda, quella che piace a me.
Non hanno un grosso assortimento di scarpe, ma non penso sia un problema.
L'importante è avere un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo:
la qualità è notevole e i prezzi sono molto concorrenziali,
e in tutto questo periodo sono stati sempre abbastanza invariati.
Le taglie sono sempre le stesse: si potrebbe comprare senza provare i capi, come faccio per le camicie da 8 anni.
Lo spazio all'interno del negozio non è ampio, soprattutto il piano Uomo, ma:
minor spazio -> minor affitto;
minor affitto -> minor prezzo....
...elementare Watson!
Ecco perché preferisco farci visita durante i giorni infrasettimanali.
Per concludere, da sottolineare la professionalità, competenza e simpatia del responsabile Alessandro e delle commesse, come Carola che mi ha assistito ieri, sempre sorridenti e disponibili ad accontentare i clienti.
CONSIGLIATO.
8 years ago I entered this shop in Varese for the first time (for me the best in Varese) and since that day I have fallen in love with it:
I only dress there, from the ankle up to the head, good and always fashionable products, the one I like.
They don't have a huge assortment of shoes, but I don't think that's a problem.
The important thing is to have a good quality / price ratio:
the quality is remarkable and the prices are very competitive,
and throughout this period they have always been quite unchanged.
The sizes are always the same: you could buy without trying on the garments, as I have been doing for shirts for 8 years.
The space inside the shop is not large, especially the Men's floor, but:
less space -> less rent;
lower rent -> lower price ....
...Elementary watson!
That's why I prefer to visit us on weekdays.
To conclude, to underline the professionalism, competence and friendliness of the manager Alessandro and of the orders, like Carola who assisted me yesterday, always smiling and willing to please customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in negozio per acquistare dei capi, ho preso un po’ di cose e mi sono accorta che un articolo aveva un difetto è l’ho fatto notare (in disparte) alla responsabile ... visto che non sono di zona ho chiesto se potevo avere un piccolo sconto in modo tale che l’avrei fatto sistemare alla mia sarta.
Ecco oltre a essere poco professionale la ragazza in questione é stata davvero scortese , alzando la voce davanti a tutti dicendo che “non ero obbligata “ ad acquistare il capo e che secondo lei non c’era difetto
( anche se le asole dalla camicia erano tutte sfilacciate) .
Per questa volta ho preso le mie cose le ho pagate e portate via, di sicuro NON CI RIMETTERÒ MAI PIÙ PIEDE.

In addition to being unprofessional, the girl in question was really rude, raising her voice in front of everyone saying that "I was not obliged" to buy the garment and that according to her there was no fault
(although the buttonholes on the shirt were all frayed).
For this time I took my things I paid for them and took them away, for sure I WILL NEVER GO BACK ON IT.
