Lo scorso anno stavo guardando dei cappelli da acquistare con una amica e il commesso giovane con occhiali in malo modo ci dice “se siete qui solo per guardare uscite che mi occupate spazio in negozio”. Inutile dire che sono uscita senza comprare niente dopo essere stata trattata così. Oggi rientro per un cambio maglione, il negozio VUOTO, la commessa giovane con capelli lunghi e scuri stava chiacchierando amabilmente con il suo collega con gli occhiali dei fatti suoi, chiedo gentilmente di cambiare il maglione e mi sento dire “no signora! con la mole di lavoro che abbiamo il weekend noi non cambiamo i capi il sabato, non possiamo star dietro anche ai cambi.. deve tornare in settimana, ma per questa volta faccio una eccezione, anche se non si cambiano le cose il weekend”. Ripeto negozio vuoto!!! Mi spiace aver interrotto le loro chiacchiere da bar. A Milano un trattamento simile non l’ho mai ricevuto, finché ci sono questi commessi per me Doppelgänger a Varese può anche chiudere, non ci entrò più. Una volta passi, può capitare di essere trattati in modo arrogante, ma due no! Non si trattano così i clienti! Arroganza ai massimi livelli e attenzione al cliente inesistente. L'educazione con i clienti delle commesse giovani è di casa.... A saperlo mi sarei rivolto altrove. E pensare che dovevo completare degli acquisti, ma visto il trattamento mi affido ad altri negozi, La voglia di lasciare lì la merce già acquistata e chiedere il rimborso era tanta...
