Data la sensazione di essere clienti indesiderati ce ne siamo andati, posto che è il negozio stesso a dover assicurare l’accesso a turno - nessun addetto vendita era infatti preposto a sorvegliare l’ingresso in quel momento, lasciandolo di fatto libero - e non i clienti a doversi accertare del numero di persone all’interno dei locali (dall’esterno non è infatti possibile verificare il numero di clienti già presenti al piano superiore). Il minimo della decenza richiederebbe al commesso di non prendere a frasette sarcastiche chi varca la soglia del negozio, estrapolando un processo alle intenzioni da uno scambio di battute NON indirizzato a lui. Suggerisco una bella camomilla la mattina ? e intanto dalla concorrenza abbiamo trovato ciò che cercavamo, oltre ad un bel po' di gentilezza in più. Rude staff.
