1 - competenza (avevo un problema ad un unghia in 25 minuti tutto risolto)
2 - prezzo (confermato anche da conoscenti sicuramente meno che da altre parti)
3 - trattamenti (abbronzatura spry che a Varese non avevo trovato se non a prezzi fuori misura e con risultati non di certo buoni)
4 - comodità (appuntamento che si adatta ai miei orari e impegni)
5 - ambiente (pulito sobrio e familiare)
piccole cose che tutte insieme mi hanno convinto
my 5 reasons for giving a great grade:
1 - competence (I had a problem with a nail in 25 minutes all solved)
2 - price (confirmed even by acquaintances certainly less than from other parts)
3 - treatments (spry tanning that I had not found in Varese if not at oversized prices and with certainly not good results)
4 - comfort (appointment that adapts to my schedules and commitments)
5 - environment (clean sober and familiar)
