Gentilezza e cortesia inesistenti, rispondono al telefono quando gli fa comodo, e dopo una ventina di chiamate….ho preso il furgone a noleggio da una ditta molto seria di Arezzo.
I don't understand why they advertise and then don't offer the service.
Kindness and courtesy non-existent, they answer the phone when it suits them, and after about twenty calls…. I hired the van from a very serious company in Arezzo.
