★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Valdarno ormai ci sono pochissime concessionarie ufficiali la maggior parte sono rivenditori "multimarche". DB è un salone in prevalenza Ford ma ha diverse vetture di altre marche; li ho trovati cordiali, professionali e chiari. Non c'è bisogno di essere un mega salone per essere dei buoni venditori di auto.
In Valdarno there are now very few official dealerships, most of them are "multi-brand" dealers. DB is a predominantly Ford show but has several cars from other brands; I found them to be friendly, professional and clear. You don't have to be a mega salon to be a good car salesman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cercato per un paio di mesi una Jeep Renegade 4x4 e dopo aver trattato con vari rivenditori con risultati deludenti sono arrivato casualmente alla DB Motors. L'auto che mi hanno proposto è bella e ho avuto una buona valutazione del mio usato. Con Davide ci siamo capiti al volo e chiuso la trattativa con reciproca soddisfazione.
I searched for a Jeep Renegade 4x4 for a couple of months and after dealing with various dealers with disappointing results I accidentally came to DB Motors. The car they offered me is beautiful and I have had a good evaluation of my used vehicle. With Davide we understood each other immediately and closed the negotiation with mutual satisfaction.

Mi si è presentato un problema di piccola entità settimana scorsa (non dipendente da loro) e si sono subito adoperati per risolvermelo al meglio. Estremamente soddisfatto, lo consiglio vivamente.
I bought a car from them a few months ago and I was really happy with it. Super organized, professional and also very friendly people. I was presented with a minor problem last week (not dependent on them) and they immediately worked to solve it as best as possible. Extremely satisfied, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente non professionali, li contatto per una vettura mi dice che è disponibile e mi dice il prezzo, in meno di un minuto mando documenti e camerale per acquistarla e rimango in attesa davanti al PC per fare il bonifico intero.
Dopo mezz'ora mi richiamano dicendo che c'era un errore e che l'aveva venduta il collega ...
Una concessionaria dove non sanno manco loro le auto se sono vendute e chi le ha vendute...resta il fatto che in realtà chiedendo bene non era nemmeno venduta ma stavano aspettando un bonifico e una contabile da un altra persona che ancora non glielo aveva mandato e non hanno voluto darla a me che gli stavo dicendo che glielo mandavo in quel preciso istante...alla fine dalle 16 del pomeriggio che mi prende in giro dicendomi che se si fosse tirato indietro l'altro l'avrebbe data a me la vettura, alle 20 mi dice che è stata bonificata, praticamente è stato 4 ore ad aspettare un pagamento che io avrei fatto in pochi minuti...vuol dire che lavorano a simpatia.
Assolutamente sconsigliati e poco professionali
Absolutely unprofessional, I contact them for a car, they tell me that it is available and they tell me the price, in less than a minute I send documents and chamber of commerce to buy it and I wait in front of the PC to make the entire transfer.
After half an hour they call me back saying that there was an error and that the colleague had sold it ...
A dealership where they do not even know the cars if they are sold and who sold them ... the fact remains that in reality asking well it was not even sold but they were waiting for a bank transfer and an accountant from another person who had not yet sent it to them and they did not want to give it to me that I was telling them that I was sending it to them at that precise moment ... at the end from 16 in the afternoon that makes fun of me saying that if he had pulled back the other would have given it to me the car , at 20 he tells me that it has been reclaimed, it has been practically 4 hours waiting for a payment that I would have made in a few minutes ... it means that they work in sympathy.
Absolutely not recommended and unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non corretti.,....il venditore mi assicurava che la macchina èra tutta originale..vernice originale....tutto questo è durato un paio di lavaggi...premetto che la macchina si presentava bene ...forse come mi diceva il perito,che appena lucidata è difficile vedere se sia stata riverniciata,specie in un veicolo recente... Tutto durato lo spazio di un paio di lavaggi...il tempo necessario alla lucidatura di svanire.....risultato macchina completamente riverniciata,tranne il cofano anteriore,anche poco furbi,bastava verniciare anche il cofano è non me ne sarei mai accorto,..il dubbio è verniciata per bottarelle di parcheggio,?..o verniciata perche l'auto è stata interessata da un sinistro? . ..per togliermi questo dubbio ho incaricato un perito....ed ovviamente se viene accertata la seconda ipotesi, agirò per vie legali,come dice la legge il concessionario è obbligato a dichiarare che la macchina è incidentata.in entrambe i casi ....non lo trovo un comportamento corretto.
