★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono rivolto all' officina per acqua nella benzina dopo la riparazione la yaris ibrida non parte perché si è scaricata la batteria del sistema ibrido .
Dopo 50 giorni non mi è stata ancora riconsegnata perché non si trova lo "speciale" caricabatterie
Per una casa automobilistica che fa ibrido da 23 anni è una grave mancanza
E non mi hanno offerto neppure un'auto di cortesia

For a car manufacturer that has been making hybrid for 23 years this is a serious shortcoming

Ho portato la macchina , x una urgenza, senza appuntamento! , il grande meccanico Valerio, si è messo subito in azione, risolvendo il mio problema. Officina pulita, il pavimento più pulito che mai, professionalità altissima, cordialità e molto altro. Sono molto contento!!.
I never give 5 stars! Otherwise they get too heady! ??. I brought the car, for an urgency, without an appointment! , the great mechanic Valerio, immediately went into action, solving my problem. Clean workshop, the cleanest floor ever, very high professionalism, friendliness and much more. I'm really happy!!.

OVVIAMENTE IL RATTOPPO NON HA RETTO E PER BEN DUE VOLTE LA MACCHINA SI È FERMATA. PORTATA POI A FIGLINE HANNO CERCATO DI SISTEMARE IL LORO DANNO E A CAUSA DI QUESTI INCAPACI LA CENTRALINA È PARTITA. PER PRENDERE TEMPO,VISTO CHE NON NE HANNO MI DISSERO CHE DOVEVANO ATTENDERE LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA CHE ARRIVAVA UN ELETTRAUTO. VENGO POI A SCOPRIRE CHE L ELETRAUTO ERA SEMPRE IL SOLITO........IL CAPO OFFICINA !!!!!!!. BUFFONI!!!!!
THIEVES AND INCAPACI !!!!! I HAVE TAKEN € 300 TO MAKE A FAULT IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WITH INSULATING TAPE. OBVIOUSLY THE RATTOPPO DID NOT HOLD AND THE MACHINE HAS STOPPED TWICE. THEN TAKEN TO CHILDREN, THEY TRYED TO SORT THEIR DAMAGE AND BECAUSE OF THESE INCAPABLE THE CONTROL UNIT IS STARTED. TO TAKE TIME, SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE TO WAIT THE NEXT WEEK FOR AN ELECTRIC CAR TO ARRIVE. THEN I COME TO FIND OUT THAT THE ELECTRIC WAS ALWAYS THE USUAL ........ THE WORKSHOP MANAGER !!!!!!!. BUFFONI !!!!!
