★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella con estremo dispiacere ma l'esperienza avuta è stata negativa.
Ordinato un lavoro su misura i tempi di attesa sono stati infiniti (parlo di quasi un anno).
Il lavoro eseguito non corrisponde al progetto e, cosa peggiore, è impossibile comunicare con qualcuno per trovare una soluzione ai problemi derivati dai loro errori.
Ogni persona con cui riesci a parlare ti rimanda ad un'altra: la segretaria ti dice di parlare con l'architetto, l'architetto con il capo officina e così via...
Nessuno ci vuole mettere la faccia per l'azienda a quanto pare!

 I put a star with extreme regret but the experience had been negative.
Ordered a tailor-made job, the waiting times were infinite (I am talking about almost a year).
The work performed does not match the project and, worst of all, it is impossible to communicate with someone to find a solution to the problems arising from their mistakes.
Each person you can talk to refers you to another: the secretary tells you to talk to the architect, the architect to the foreman and so on ...
Nobody wants to put their face to the company it seems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono stata pienamente soddisfatta, ordinato il mobile su misura con caparra a luglio consegnato a fine febbraio e non completamente finito. Sto ancora aspettando il montatore per un problema irrisolto.
I was not fully satisfied, ordered the custom-made furniture with a deposit in July delivered at the end of February and not completely finished. I'm still waiting for the editor with an unsolved problem.

Gli articoli sono belli e di alta qualità( questo spiega il prezzo caro), ma una volta pagato abbiamo ricevuto zero assistenza ! Sono tutti spariti, montatori compresi. Situazioni allucinanti. Ci siamo dovuti recare presso il negozio dato che al telefono nessuno rispondeva. La proprietaria poco efficiente, come anche l’addetto che ci ha seguito, Lorenzo. LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE . ZERO PROFESSIONALITÀ e assistenza al cliente . Dopo tutto quello che si spende uno si aspetterebbe un servizio nettamente superiore !!!
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at this store. The items are beautiful and of high quality (this explains the steep price), but once we paid we got zero assistance! They are all gone, including the editors. Hallucinating situations. We had to go to the shop as no one answered on the phone. The inefficient owner, as well as the assistant who followed us, Lorenzo. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM and customer service. After all that you are paying, one would expect a much superior service !!!
