Avete perso un cliente e non credo di consigliarlo ad altri!
Do 2 hours drive and find everything closed when the site says that Saturday is open is not exactly the best.
You have lost a customer and I do not believe in recommending it to others!

Purtroppo carente la parte delle comunicazioni (non rispondono sempre alle email o al telefono) il che ha prolungato i tempi di ordine e di conseguenza i miei lavori.
Da evitare assolutamente i loro consigli/contatti su posatori o operai: purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza con le persone da loro suggerite il che mi ha fatto slittare di molto i tempi, posatori inaffidabili e poco professionali.
The selection of well-displayed products in the splendid showroom is interesting. Good prices overall.
Unfortunately the part of the communications is lacking (they do not always respond to emails or the telephone) which has prolonged the time of order and consequently my works.
Absolutely avoid their advice / contacts on installers or workers: unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the people they suggested which made me postpone the times a lot, unreliable and unprofessional installers.

Per lavoro (sono titolare di uno Studio di Architettura e Interior Design a San Giovanni Valdarno) mi capita spesso di lavorare con loro e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. Consiglio gli interessati che vogliano visitare la mostra a prendere appuntamento con uno dei venditori in modo da limitare al minimo le attese poiché scegliere sanitari, pavimenti e rivestimenti è sempre un'operazione complessa e richiede molto tempo.
Di Berni Store Montevarchi apprezzo molto il fatto che i prodotti esposti vengano rinnovati continuamente, perché in questo modo ho la possibilità di mostrare dal vivo ai miei Clienti ambientazioni sempre nuove e sempre al passo con le ultime novità del settore.
One of the most beautiful showrooms of sanitary ware, flooring and wall coverings in the Valdarno, with very neat stands and an exhibition full of high quality products. For work (I am the owner of an Architecture and Interior Design Studio in San Giovanni Valdarno) I often work with them and I have always found myself very well. I advise interested parties who wish to visit the exhibition to make an appointment with one of the sellers so as to keep expectations to a minimum, since choosing sanitary ware, floors and wall coverings is always a complex and time-consuming operation.
