V	Vanessa Bonchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado spesso a comprare regali per i miei figli e amici o amichette...oggi pomeriggio, sono andata per comprare il regalo di compleanno a mio figlio e ho trovato una ragazza molto scortese nei modi.Mi dispiace vedere un personale così poco preparate in un posto del genere,dove ci dovrebbe essere solo cortesia e sorrisi,visto che si ha a che fare con bimbi e non solo.Premetto, che sono al pubblico anche io dalla mattina alla sera,non che titolare di un negozio di altro genere ,ma mai , mi proporrei così infastidita nel servire un cliente o scocciata di dover fare due pacchetti regalo.Spero venga preso in considerazione questo messaggio dai titolari,perché il personale, fa la differenza. Una signora da dentro il negozio mi ha visto ma non mi ha aperto, lasciandomi sotto la pioggia. Sono tornato in auto ed ho telefonato al negozio, chiedendo l'ora di apertura. Una signora mi ha risposto che il negozio sarebbe stato aperto entro due minuti. 15 minuti dopo il negozio era sempre chiuso ed io dovevo andare via. Mia figlia di tre anni voleva una bambolina ed ha pianto per altri 20 minuti, quando ha compreso che non l'avrebbe avuta. I found the shop closed during business hours, shortly after opening hours. A lady from inside the shop saw me but did not open me, leaving me in the rain. I got back in the car and phoned the shop, asking for the opening time. A lady told me that the shop would be open in two minutes. 15 minutes later the shop was always closed and I had to leave. My three-year-old daughter wanted a baby doll and cried for another 20 minutes when she realized she wouldn't have it.

When you check out the website, one might think it's mostly a webshop. But it is a good store you can visit and easily spend an hour checking out all the cool toys.
