★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata malissimo, il responsabile dello store, R., non è per nulla chiaro e disponibile ed è gentile solo quando devi aprire il contratto, poi se hai bisogno di altro non risponde più al telefono, ho provato a chiamare in negozio più di una decina di volte e mi veniva sempre detto dai dipendenti più giovani che non c’era mai in negozio, quando sono passata fisicamente in negozio mi è stato detto che non è mai riuscito a richiamarmi perché aveva un sacco di cose da fare. Per questa sua mancanza non mi ha disdetto il contratto in tempo e ho dovuto pagare per un servizio di cui non ho usufruito, rimettendoci quindi anche soldi di tasca mia, per un suo errore di mancata disponibilità e correttezza verso il cliente.
In negozio sono sempre lì in 4 e i responsabili sono sempre sul divanetto a bere il caffè mentre i dipendenti più giovani sono gli unici davvero gentili e disponibili e cercano sempre di aiutarti, anche se magari hanno meno esperienza.
Mi sono trovata bene in tutti gli altri store Windtre, specialmente quello di Curno, ma in questo assolutamente no.
I found myself very badly, the store manager, R., is not at all clear and available and is kind only when you have to open the contract, then if you need anything else he no longer answers the phone, I tried to call the store more than a dozen times and I was always told by younger employees that he was never in the shop, when I physically walked into the shop I was told that he never got back to me because he had a lot of things to do. Due to his lack, he did not cancel my contract in time and I had to pay for a service I did not use, thus also losing money out of my own pocket, due to an error of his lack of availability and fairness towards the customer.
In the shop there are always 4 of them and the managers are always on the sofa drinking coffee while the younger employees are the only ones who are really nice and helpful and always try to help you, even if they may have less experience.
I found myself well in all the other Windtre stores, especially the one in Curno, but absolutely not in this one.
