inizia a dare i primi problemi gia dopo poche settimane batteria che si scarica molto velocemente e schermata che entra spesso in blackout
linea telefono che in molti posti aveva difficoltà a prendere (in questo caso può essere la compagnia telefonica ma la mia ragazza con la stessa in viaggio non ha avuto problemi) tralasciando questi inconvenienti
tornato dalle vacanze lo schermo si scolla e dopo questa ultima disavventura lo porto da visionare per cercare di sistemare il tutto,
risposta del proprietario:" ti è caduto e l hai rotto non è in garanzia" problemi tuoi insomma.
Costernato dalla risposta vado da un altro negozio vicino per almeno riuscire ad utilizzarlo sua risposta: "Tranquillo con 10 euro si sistema poiche non è rotto ma si è semplicemente scollato".
Che dire servizio e assistenza pessima per di piu nel momento dell'acquisto chiedendo se possibile fare un piccolo sconto
la risposta che mi è stata data è la seguente:
"Voi a Bergamo avete i soldi non facciamo sconti"

Bought refurbished phone i phone X paid 330 euros

back from vacation the screen comes off and after this latest misadventure I bring it to view to try to fix everything,
response of the owner: "you dropped it and you broke it is not under warranty" in short, your problems.
Dismayed by the answer, I go to another nearby shop to at least be able to use it. His answer: "Quiet with 10 euros it settles down because it is not broken but it has simply fallen off".
What about bad service and assistance for more at the time of purchase asking if possible to make a small discount
the answer I was given is the following:
"You in Bergamo have the money we don't make discounts"
traumatic experience to say the least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un MacBook Air il mese scorso da loro. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Ho avuto un problema con il caricabatterie in quanto non era compatibile con il modello acquistato ed il commesso ha mi ha proposto di consegnarmelo direttamente a casa dopo il lavoro. Gentilezza estrema, in nessun altro negozio mi e' capitato di incontrare personale cosi' disponibile (chiaramente ho rifiutato e sono tornato io a prenderlo in negozio dopo un paio di giorni).
Oggi sono tornato ed ho acquistato un iPhone XR, sempre super gentile e disponibile. TOP!!!!
I bought a MacBook Air from them last month. Welcoming and helpful staff. I had a problem with the charger as it was not compatible with the model purchased and the salesman offered me to deliver it directly to my home after work. Extreme kindness, in no other shop I have met such helpful staff (clearly I refused and I returned to pick it up in the shop after a couple of days).
Today I went back and bought an iPhone XR, always super nice and helpful. TOP!!!!
