Mandato a riparare mi dicono che la garanzia non copre , tuttavia mi garantiscono che entro tre giorni avrò il telefono. Tutto finto è passato più di un mese e ironia della sorte, dpo aver chiamato il numero della Samsung i telefonisti mi informano che da loro il telefono non è mai arrivato. Una stella è troppo per me zero. Delusione totale Bad after sales service. I bought a smartphone with which I immediately had problems. Sent to repair they tell me that the warranty does not cover, however they guarantee me that within three days I will have the phone. All fake was over a month and ironically, after calling the Samsung number, the telephonists inform me that the phone never came from them. A star is too much for me to scratch. Total disappointment

Niente a che vedere con i grandi negozi di elettronica o gli store online. I bought a phone and made 2 passes to tim and I had a great time, nice and knowledgeable staff and great prices. Nothing to do with large electronics stores or online stores.

Complimenti!!! Passaggio da wind a tim consegnato solo copia richiesta portabilità, nuova tariffa Tim?? Viva la trasparenza.
