P	Paolo Marcassoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato domenica sera 09.02 verso l'orario di chiusura e nonostante fosse fine giornata del fine settimana, ho trovato due commesse attente all'esigenze del cliente, in modo particolare una commessa giovane biondina, molto disponibile, volenterosa, simpatica e gentile...mi ha fatto molto piacere essere seguito da lei perché si vede che le piace il suo lavoro e che è predisposta a fare la commessa, come cliente mi considero pienamente soddisfatto per la sua preparazione, dei consigli ma soprattutto della gentilezza e devo sinceramente riconoscere che, trovare commesse così professionalmente preparate e disponibili nei centri commerciali, non è cosa così scontata. Complimenti a chi l'ha assunta perché si percepisce proprio la passione per il suo lavoro. Ci tornerò sicuramente! I prezzi ovviamente sono piú alti, ma adeguati alla qualitá dell' offerta. Il personale é gentile e disponibile. Forse dovrebbero incrementare la quantitá degli articoli a disposizione. I bought a pan and a non-stick baking pan, then I looked at other products and it seemed to me that the average quality is good, definitely a notch above the made in China shops. Prices are obviously higher, but adequate to the quality of the offer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maybe they should increase the amount of articles available.
*	* on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente di comprare elettrodomestici nei negozi kasanova, ho comprato un tostapane e dopo due utilizzi non funziona piu'. In questo negozio mi e' stato detto che se non ho conservato la confezione non posso far valere la garanzia di 24 mesi ! Il servizio clienti non e' mai raggiungibile al telefono e non rispondono alle mail con le mie segnalazioni. I strongly advise against buying appliances in kasanova stores, I bought a toaster and after two uses it doesn't work anymore. In this shop I have been told that if I have not kept the packaging I cannot claim the 24 month guarantee! The customer service is never reachable on the phone and they do not respond to emails with my reports.
