Non ci tornerò mai più! D	Doriana Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho comprato due orologi da sarni oro nel centro commerciale continente di mapello, entrambe sono state esperienze molto negative. primo acquisto: dopo pochi mesi l'orologio ha smesso di funzionare, due mesi in riparazione arrivato con lo stesso identico problema di quando è stato consegnato. in seguito sono riuscito a farlo riparare da un orologiaio vicino al mio paese. secondo accqisto: dopo 6 mesi si è crepata la cassa dell'orologio in prossimità del cinturino. lo porto per la riparazione, dopo pochi giorni vengo ricontattato per sentirmi dire che l'orologio è fuori produzione quindi non posso usufruire della garanzia di 2 anni, mi reco di persona e spunta una seconda versione, la garanzia è valida solo per il meccanismo quindi non per la crepa nella cassa... VENDITORE DA EVITARE!! L'orologio mi viene restituito dopo 2 mesi e mezzo dicendo che non ha alcun problema. La commessa mi dice che se dovessi riscontrare il problema lo devo riportare....e così i sono altri due mesi e mezzo di attesa. Mi chiedo perché ho comprato l'orologio a questo punto...però i soldi che hanno preso non erano difettosi!!! I bring a touch clock care after just two weeks of use because the touch is defective. The clock is returned to me after two months and a half saying it has no problem. The clerk tells me that if you encounter the problem I have to return .... and so are the other two and a half months of waiting. I wonder why I bought the clock at this point ... but the money that they took were not bad !!!

Poiché difettoso il cinturino (ha tagliato una calza, ha graffiato la mano della mia ragazza e bucato diversi maglioni) l' ho restituito la settimana stessa. Dopo varie peripezie, al 19 Maggio 2019 ancora l' orologio si trova presso Sarni Oro e aspetto da un mese la chiamata che deve farmi sapere se posso cambiare articolo oppure no. Non tornerò mai più e giuro che racconterò a chiunque la mia esperienza. Mai più in questo "negozio". Mai più Urban. Mai più Green Time. Mai più Sarni Oro, che mi ha abbandonato, fregandosene.
