Con in più la beffa del cartellino col super sconto! Prodotto restituito e neppure sostituibile perché - a guardar bene - erano tutti scassati in partenza... al posto del buono dovrebbero restituire i soldi. I could choose to buy "Chinese" at the right price and in any case functioning properly. Here I have not found any of the two requirements. Plus the prank of the tag with the super discount! Product returned and not even replaceable because - to be careful - they were all broken in at the start ... instead of the voucher they should return the money.

Abbastanza caotico in questo periodo natalizio ma normalmente comodo da visitare ed osservare la merce esposta. Consigliato a coloro che non vogliono spendere molto e fare una discreta figura. Unico neo è la presenza di una commessa alquanto arrogante e poco rispettosa nei confronti del cliente che, con tale comportamento, arreca danni al negozio facendo allontanare gli acquirenti come nel mio caso. M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE!Post vendita e politica reso IMBARAZZANTE.In pratica NON ESISTE il soddisfatti o rimborsati, nè il reso con "buono spesa" nè il reso con rimborso soldi come il 99% di tutti gli altri negozi fisici.Il tutto con merce assolutamente intatta e con scontrino alla mano(entro i "loro fatidici"7 giorni escluso sabato e domenica...che giá qui possiamo cosí discuterne a riguardo...)Alternativa è spendere all'istante quanto speso...una politica assurda ed assolutamente contro i diritti dei consumatori.Come dire che se uno spende 300 euro per un articolo e si accorge che non va bene e/o è doppio regalo, quest'ultimo ALL'ISTANTE deve comprare 300 euro di merce...(praticamente mezzo negozio).Siamo alla follia...Provvederó a segnalare a chi di dovere perchê ognuno detta le proprie condizioni si,ma entro certi limiti....E comunque la gente deve essere al corrente di questo.Se no la trasparenza va a farsi benedire...Bel modo di trattare i clienti.Ma x favore... In più per il reso hai solo 5 giorni perché nel weekend non cambiano la merce(scelta che posso anche condividere ma allora dai più giorni per poterlo cambiare!)e se al momento non trovi niente che ti interessa non fanno buoni spendibili in un secondo tempo(assolutamente fuori dalle norme che tutelano il consumatore) Personale impreparato e indisponente!! Direi zero al quoto!!! Acquistato articolo risultato fallato e o cambi subito con qualcos altro oppure ti attacchi come si sul dire... peccato avessi già comprato tutto quello che mi poteva servire!! Se vuoi puoi chiamare la sede per i reclami..peccato sia un numero assurdo a pagamento con delle tariffe da brividi!!!Personale poco preparato e scostante !! In genere quando acquisto il prodotto lo guardo bene prima di portarmelo a casa e ho sempre trovato prodotti di qualità veramente soddisfacenti. Carino il personale, anche in passato sono stata aiutata a trovare il prodotto che mi serviva e sono sempre stata ben consigliata. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole fare un regalo o rifarsi la casa con prodotti moderni, colorati, di qualità, e senza spendere una fortuna.??? Personally I go there often and I bought from Villa d'Este items to Kopper items: totally honest prices and never made a return. Generally when I buy the product I look at it carefully before taking it home and I have always found truly satisfying quality products.
