A dicembre 2020 mi necessitava una batteria auto e convinto dalla pubblicità su eBay ho acquistato da 2P Srl Autoricambi una batteria VOLBIT 100 Ah pagata 90 euro che dopo solo due mesi (feb 2021) si è completamente scaricata. Tra l’altro alla consegna avevo riscontrato e fatto presente al venditore (foto) una perdita di acido DENTRO la confezione di cartone che dall’esterno non appariva, per cui avrei potuto chiederne l’immediata sostituzione, ma ho creduto non fosse necessario (sbagliando!). In questi giorni ho chiesto la sostituzione urgente in garanzia perché appiedato, ottenendo la seguente risposta tramite e-mail preformata (pronta all’uso): “Ci spedisca la batteria (a mie spese) che la faremo controllare dal produttore il quale verificherà e fornirà l’esito in 25-30 giorni lavorativi e solo se saranno accertati difetti di fabbricazione la sostituiremo in garanzia”. Il produttore VOLBIT, coincidenza, ha la sede nella stessa contrada di 2P Srl. Tralascio ogni commento su tempi e regole di garanzia. Ho risolto acquistando una nuova batteria Bosch da un elettrauto. Per quanto mi riguarda mai più acquisti da 2P Srl - Miranda (IS). Come già riferitole nella mail privata, l’arroganza della sua risposta a questo mio feedback esterna ancora una volta il suo modo di porsi: tronfio (gonfio di superbia). Si rilassi e accetti le critiche, altro che tentativo di truffa. As far as I'm concerned, you never buy from 2P Srl - Miranda (IS) again. In December 2020 I needed a car battery and convinced by the advertisement on eBay I bought a VOLBIT 100 Ah battery for 90 euros from 2P Srl Autoricambi which after only two months (Feb 2021) was completely discharged. Among other things, upon delivery I had found and reported to the seller (photo) a leak of acid INSIDE the cardboard package that did not appear from the outside, so I could have asked for its immediate replacement, but I believed it was not necessary (wrongly !). In these days I asked for an urgent replacement under warranty because I was on foot, obtaining the following response by pre-formed e-mail (ready for use): "Send us the battery (at my expense) that we will have it checked by the manufacturer who will check and supply the result in 25-30 working days and only if manufacturing defects are ascertained will we replace it under warranty ". The producer VOLBIT, coincidentally, is based in the same district as 2P Srl. I omit any comments on warranty times and rules. I solved it by buying a new Bosch battery from an auto electrician. As far as I'm concerned, I never buy again from 2P Srl - Miranda (IS). As already reported in her private email, the arrogance of her response to my external feedback once again her way of being: pompous (swollen with pride). Relax and accept the criticism, other than a scam attempt.
R	Rossano Callegaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero trovato bene in passato con 2 ordini cospiqui, rifatto un altro giovedi scorso con la parola che sarebbe stato spedito il giovedi stesso (pagamento effettuato entro le 13 come da loro richiesto).. giovedi sera mi viene detto che se ce la fanno spediscono seno parte il gg dopo... ovviamente nn spedito e ritirato il venerdi sera dal corriere (sda.... non serve aggiungere altro...) e x nn si sa qual motivo rimasto fermo in sede fino a oggi alle 14... che e partito... quindi ad oggi nn arrivato ancora .. siamo a piu di 48 ore lavorative dall ordine... vedremo se domani arriverà, ovviamente se non mi rompo le scatole a chidere se hanno spedito ecc, nessuno si fa sentire.. Ps. Sono anch io nella logistica e nel servizio alcliente e non dico che spedisco se so che nn lo farò.. ed e responsabilità anche il corriere scelto... solo necmxive credo sia peggio.. D	Donato Masucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati via web e poi successivamente telefonicamente,mi hanno risolto subito il problema...cercavo un pezzo dell'auto e loro già l'avevano a disposizione.Sino andato ad Isernia a prenderlo personalmente e nel giro di mezz'ora già lo avevo ritirato oltretutto a buon prezzo...sono operativi,subito si danno da fare per la ricerca dei pezzi dell'auto che servono e se non puoi andare a ritirarli...spediscono...consiglio di contattarli se avete bisogno di qualche pezzo di ricambio...il magazzino si trova in una zona periferica di Isernia dopo il quartiere San Lazzaro ma facilmente raggiungibile... L olio castrol 5w30 edge professional longlife l'ho pagato circa 9 € scarsi al litro, prezzo introvabile in giro e anche sul web, originale. Pure i filtri tutti di marca mann li ho pagati un 30% in meno della media. Sicuramente al prossimo tagliando ti ricompro il materiale qui. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce e precisa.
