Problema accensione spia motore con blocco a 3mila giri. Porto l'auto in un'officina non autorizzata. Diagnosi: "Guasto valvola Egr" . Costo diagnosi 0€, costo complessivo circa 180€. La cambio, ma il problema persiste. Decido di portarla alla Mercedes, nonostante le recensioni consultate non mi rassicurassero. Da Scotti tutti gentilissimi. Ottimo! ....Diagnosi: "Guasto valvola Egr". Costo 370€. Provo a spiegare che evidentemente la diagnosi e' sbagliata perché ho già cambiato invano quella valvola. Non e' un problema loro: posso liberamente scegliere tra sostituire la valvola per 370€ o portare via la macchina pagando solo la diagnosi. Costo diagnosi 110€!!! Incredulo e depresso, pago 110€ e vado via. Mando una mail di lamentela alla concessionaria. Mi chiamano, gentilissimi, e dispiaciuti per l'accaduto dicendo che proveranno a vedere se si puo' rimediare in qualche modo. Ottimo! ....Sono trascorsi più di venti giorni....nulla...spariti....Per quanto mi riguarda mai più Scotti e mai più autofficine autorizzate.
Engine warning light ignition problem with lockout at 3 thousand rpm. I take the car to an unauthorized garage. Diagnosis: "Egr valve failure". Diagnosis cost 0 €, total cost about 180 €. I change it, but the problem persists. I decide to take it to Mercedes, despite the reviews consulted did not reassure me. At Scotti all very kind. Great! .... Diagnosis: "Egr valve failure". Cost € 370. I try to explain that obviously the diagnosis is wrong because I have already changed that valve in vain. It is not their problem: I can freely choose between replacing the valve for 370 € or taking the car away paying only for the diagnosis. Diagnosis cost 110 € !!! Incredulous and depressed, I pay € 110 and leave. I send a complaint email to the dealership. They call me, very kind, and sorry for what happened saying that they will try to see if it can be remedied in some way. Great! .... More than twenty days have passed .... nothing ... disappeared .... As far as I'm concerned never again Scotti and never again authorized repair shops.

Appena acquistata e ritirata la nuova GLA. During our vacation in Italy I went their after my A-class showed a warning sign for a possible malfunction of the airbags. One of the employees was fluent in english so communication was no problem and everyone was really helpful. They fixed the issue for free via a software update and after 1 hour we were on our way again to enjoy our vacation. Really appreciated the great service. Highly recommended.

I passed by Scotti Srl to ask for a spare part (a special light bulb only) for my Merc 380 SLC (1981 built). Not only that they had the part on stock, they also assembled it (without charging the labour) and were very friendly and responsive in general. A very positive and unexpected experience in general. I can only recommend Ugo Scotti!
