I	Ivan Bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinati 2 bulloni per la mia macchina pagati anticipatamente dovevano arrivare in 2 giorni invece dopo diverse telefonate sono arrivati patricamente dopo 15 giorni,macchina ferma dal meccanico avevo gia provveduto diversamente,fin qui tutto può succedere evidentemente i fornitori ricambi poco seri,ma la ciliegina sulla torta e stato quando mi sono recato per il ritiro dei bulloni il magazziniere disponibile per un eventuale sostituzione in loco con una disponibilità immediata,ma evidentemente il capo officina non avendo chiara la situazione che avevo passato mi chiese un importo per la sostituzione superiore a quello gia pagato al meccanico in precedenza,morale della favola non comunicazioni da parte dei reparti e poi non si possono vedere e sentire le comunicazioni tra colleghi di due linee differenti,poca professionalità e poca chiarezza nei tempi previsti,sicuramente da evitare per casistiche brevi ,ordini il pezzo poi quando arriva,arriva senza fretta e furia,tanto la macchina ferma 15 giorni per loro nessun problema e nessuna scusa. Ordered 2 bolts for my car paid in advance they had to arrive in 2 days but after several phone calls they arrived patrically after 15 days, the car stopped by the mechanic I had already done differently, so far everything can obviously happen to the unserious spare parts suppliers, but the icing on the cake and it was when I went to collect the bolts the warehouse worker available for a possible replacement on site with immediate availability, but evidently the foreman, not having clear the situation I had gone through, asked me for an amount for the replacement higher than the one already paid to the mechanic previously, moral of the story no communications from the departments and then you cannot see and hear the communications between colleagues from two different lines, little professionalism and lack of clarity on schedule, certainly to be avoided for short cases, orders the piece then when he arrives, he arrives without haste and fury, so much the car fer but 15 days for them no problem and no excuse.
