inside the staff entertains with friends and acquaintances by speaking (almost screaming) aloud .. little frequented shop near a bar and an electrical supply store. if you are looking for quality and professionalism, go elsewhere.

I do not recommend this shop. Salesman without a mask, dirty hands and little friendliness, plus you have the impression of wanting to liquidate the customer immediately.

Acquisto un tv 4k e mi danno un televisore fhd di prezzo inferiore. Ma viene fatturato come quello 4k. Ritorno in negozio per farmelo cambiare e mi rifilano una tv già usata. Ritorno di nuovo in negozio e devo attendere una settimana per la mia tv pagata.
All' arrivo contesto lo scontrino che riporta il prezzo del mio televisore ma con il modello della TV fhd.
Il venditore ( proprietario ) si fissa dicendomi che non ci sono problemi per la garanzia e ribatto che se dovessi portarlo in garanzia non devo essere costretto a portarlo da lui. Cmq a scadenza garanzia il televisore ha bisogno della sostituzione delle barre LED. qualità misera. Sconsiglio vivamente l' acquisto di prodotti da loro
Professionalism equal to zero. The quality even less.
I buy a 4k tv and they give me a lower priced fhd tv. But it is billed like the 4k one. I go back to the store to get it changed and I am given a used TV. I go back to the shop again and I have to wait a week for my paid TV.
Upon arrival I contest the receipt that shows the price of my TV but with the model of the TV fhd.
The seller (owner) fixes himself by telling me that there are no problems for the warranty and I reply that if I were to take it as a guarantee I do not have to bring it to him. Anyway, at the end of the guarantee, the TV needs the replacement of the LED bars. poor quality. I strongly advise against buying products from them

Direttore molto scortese poco proffessionale arrogante maleducato, ho fatto una richiesta con diritto di recesso , mi ha detto che non la posso fare ,ho chiamato l Unieuro di Milano(( numero verde ) mi hanno confermato che è un mio diritto, ho chiamato anche l Unieuro di Campobasso persone molto disponibili ed educate confermandomi la stessa cosa di MIlano . Prodotto acquistato la sera e la mattina seguente ho chiamato il venditore in questione e mi ha detto che devo tenermi il prodotto acquistato perchè non lo riprende . Felice Russo

Director very rude unprofessional arrogant rude, I made a request with the right of withdrawal, he told me that I cannot do it, I called the Unieuro di Milano ((toll-free number) they confirmed that it is my right, I also called the Unieuro di Campobasso very helpful and polite people confirming the same thing as Milan. Product purchased the evening and the following morning I called the seller in question and he told me that I have to keep the purchased product because he does not take it back. Felice Russo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio caldamente di acquistare prodotti online con ritiro in questo negozio, a gestione privata. Ho ordinato due mesi fa un articolo che, ho appurato tramite il tracking di Unieuro ed il corriere, essere arrivato al punto vendita da tempo tuttavia in negozio continuano a riferire di non aver mai ricevuto l'articolo. Personale educato ma titolare a mio avviso scortese e prepotente. Auguro al negozio molta fortuna perchè sono specialisti sì, ma a perdere clienti! Metto una stella ma se potessi metterei anche meno!
I strongly advise against buying pickup products online at this privately owned store. I ordered an article two months ago which, I ascertained through Unieuro tracking and the courier, had arrived at the point of sale for some time, however in the shop they continue to report that they never received the article. Polite staff but owner in my opinion rude and overbearing. I wish the shop a lot of luck because they are specialists yes, but to lose customers! I put a star but if I could I would put even less!
