★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo negozio ho comprato un drone, precisamente il Dji Mini 2, con un finaziamento a 10 rate, la commessa mi ha venduto il drone e mi ha chiesto se volessi attivare la garanzia Care Refresh (se il drone dovesse mai schiantarsi per colpa mia, mi sarebbe stato sostituito con il pagamento di una piccola franchigia). Tornata a casa e attivato il drone per la prima volta mi chiedeva un pin per attivare la garanzia entro 48h, che io, da loro non avevo ricevuto. Ho subito controllato lo scontrino e invece della garanzia mi avevano fatto pagare un corso di pilota di droni (che non avevo chiesto e che non mi era stato detto, regalando dei soldi alla DromoCopter, che provando a contattare il reparto amministrativo, risultava un numero inesistente). Vi sto regalando una stella grazie ad uno solo dei vostri commessi abbastanza competente che ci ha fatto recuperare i soldi della FINTA garanzia vendutaci dalla sua collega all'acquisto, non restituendoci la somma ma facendoci prendere un articolo dello stesso valore in negozio.
P.s. se provate a contattarli telefonicamente in negozio, non fatelo perchè vi staccano il telefono anche chiamando 20 volte di seguito.

orologio fit tenuto 2 giorni che io non ho neanche aperto e ridato indietro perche troppo pesante e chiesto il reso del denaro ...... Mi ha risposto il direttore che purtroppo non è possibile possiamo fare un buono.... Se questo è Unieuro di Isernia io vi giuro che non comprerò mai più niente .....in questo negozio .....io posso essere solo una goccia ma tante gocce fanno il mare!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh, sinceramente un bel negozio fornitissimo di tutto ciò che ami e che ti potrebbe servire per la casa, ufficio, relax, ecc... C'è davvero di tutto, non metto 5 stelle Perché i dipendenti sembra che siano sempre un po' infastiditi o annoiati dalla presenza dei clienti.
Per il resto Unieuro è un mondo fantastico.
