★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso l'officina Crolla per l'installazione di un box satellitare convenzionato con la mia assicurazione. Non avrei dovuto pagare NIENTE, e lo ribadisco perché ho già installato altri box su altre auto presso altri rivenditori senza alcun costo di installazione. Ma così non è stato,poiché la signora a fine lavoro mi indica un cartello con su scritto costo di 5€ per sanificazione auto! Assurdo non ci si crede, da fastidio essere preso per i fondelli..
I went to the Crolla workshop for the installation of a satellite box that has an agreement with my insurance. I shouldn't have paid ANYTHING, and I repeat this because I have already installed other boxes on other cars at other dealers without any installation costs. But this was not the case, since the lady at the end of the work shows me a sign with a cost of € 5 for car sanitization written on it! Absurd is not believed, it is annoying to be taken for a ride ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diversi anni fa mi hanno sostituito degli ammortizzatori ad una fiat 600 del 2004 non solo ho pagato 420 euro ed ho atteso tre giorni per un lavoro di una giornata ma gli ammortizzatori montati erano usati e scarichi mettendo a repentaglio l incolumità di mia moglie ho fatto accertare da altri meccanici il lavoro eseguito non li ho denunciati per via di vecchie amicizie familiari ma consiglio vivamente di stare alla larga imbroglioni e completamente inaffidabili
Several years ago they replaced the shock absorbers for a 2004 fiat 600 not only did I pay 420 euros and I waited three days for a one-day job but the shock absorbers mounted were used and exhausted, putting my wife's safety at risk. I have not reported the work done by other mechanics due to old family friendships but I highly recommend staying away from cheaters and completely unreliable
