Non solo disdicono un appuntamento un'ora prima dell'orario concordato ma non si degnano neppure di richiamare per fissarne uno nuovo.
Dopo diverse chiamate per sollecitare una risposta ho deciso di rinunciare.
Grazie mille per avermi lasciata senza forno a pochi giorni dal Natale!
Sconsigliato, se potete rivolgetevi altrove...
 Unfortunately the minimum is one star otherwise I would give less.
Not only do they cancel an appointment one hour before the agreed time but they don't even deign to call back to fix a new one.
After several calls to solicit a response, I decided to give up.
Thank you so much for leaving me without an oven a few days before Christmas!
Not recommended, if you can go elsewhere ...

Sono onesti, competenti e cortesi.
Se dovrò cambiare la mia lavatrice in futuro, prima di acquistarne una, verificherò che sia una marca assistita dalla 2 S.G.; l'assistenza è la componente più importante, anche rispetto al prezzo d'acquisto.
La 2 S.G. si è preoccupata di fornirci i pezzi di ricambio in tempi brevissimi e sempre a costi più che onesti.
Avere loro come assistenza è una sicurezza, con una famiglia numerosa, la lavatrice è l'elettrodomestico prioritario e se non funziona anche solo una giornata è un disagio serio, al quale siamo riusciti sempre a farvi fronte grazie alla 2 S.G.

They are honest, knowledgeable and courteous.
If I have to change my washing machine in the future, before I buy one, I will verify that it is a brand serviced by 2 S.G .; assistance is the most important component, even with respect to the purchase price.
The 2 S.G. has taken care to supply us with spare parts in a very short time and always at more than fair costs.
Having them as assistance is a safety, with a large family, the washing machine is the priority appliance and if it does not work even just one day it is a serious inconvenience, which we have always managed to cope with thanks to 2 S.G.

il tecnico che è venuto a cambiare la pompa di scarico gentilissimo, anche il tecnico che era venuto ia capire qual era il problema gentile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza appena trascorsa è stata più che positiva con quest'azienda. Sono venuti il giorno e nell'orario concordato. Sono stati competenti, efficienti e veloci malgrado l'importante lavoro da eseguire ( sostituzione del cestello e della gomma dell'oblo). Complimenti e grazie ancora. Mi dispiace molto che il titolare non risponda alle recensioni negative che riceve.
The experience just passed has been more than positive with this company. They came on the day and at the agreed time. They were competent, efficient and fast despite the important work to be done (replacing the basket and the door rubber). Congratulations and thanks again. Chiamati x lavastoviglie in garanzia, non hanno risolto il problema.
Chiamati x il forno mi hanno fatto aspettare quasi un mese per dirmi il problema e dopo una riparazione di 90€ il forno ha lo stesso problema e in più display rotto. Chiamati x delucidazioni ovviamente si defilano. Incompetenti al 100%
Bad experience.
Called x dishwasher under warranty, they didn't fix the problem.
Called for the oven they made me wait almost a month to tell me the problem and after a repair of 90 € the oven has the same problem and in addition a broken display. Called x elucidations, they obviously disappear. 100% incompetent
