★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina in, base alle ottime recensioni, mi sono recato in sede e ho spiegato al signore dietro al banco il problema della mia lavatrice chiedendo che probabilmente il selettore programmi.era da sostituire. E se era ancora in produzione fornendo il modello. L'addetto mi rispondeva che solamente le manopole in plastica nonsi trovano più. Bene mi ha mandato il tecnico solo per dirmi non è più in produzione..... 50 euro. Grazie...... Non mi fidero più delle recensioni
 This morning, based on the excellent reviews, I went to the office and explained to the gentleman behind the counter the problem with my washing machine asking that the program selector was probably to be replaced. And if it was still in production by providing the model. The assistant replied that only the plastic knobs are no longer found. Well the technician sent me just to tell me it is no longer in production ..... 50 euros. Thank you ...... I no longer trust the reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 28 anni la mia Bosch mi ha salutata. Per il nuovo acquisto mi sono rivolta al C.S.E. che conoscevo per l'ottima manutenzione della vecchia lavastoviglie ed ho acquistato una nuova Bosch semincasso con vano total inox.
La competenza, serietà e disponibilità del personale, sia del negozio che dei tecnici a domicilio, non hanno fatto che confermare la fiducia nuovamente riposta in questo negozio.
Sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto che pienamente soddisfa le mie aspettattive in termini di risparmio energetico che di qualità delle prestazioni.

After 28 years, my Bosch greeted me. For the new purchase I contacted the C.S.E. that I knew for the excellent maintenance of the old dishwasher and I bought a new Bosch semi-recessed with total stainless steel compartment.
The competence, seriousness and helpfulness of the staff, both of the shop and of the technicians at home, have only confirmed the trust once again placed in this shop.
I am very satisfied with my purchase which fully meets my expectations in terms of energy saving and quality of performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati come assistenza Bosch, ho trovato disponibilità, cortesia, professionalità ed efficienza da parte di tutti, dal tecnico venuto per riparare il freezer - che si era guastato proprio il primo dell'anno, ma non essendo riparabile si è reso necessario un acquisto lampo a scatola chiusa - che si è prontamente informato in negozio sulla disponibilità di un modello simile, al Sig. Daniele a cui ho chiesto successivamente di aggiungere al volo all'ordine in corso - dato che ormai erano parecchio datati e ho valutato che sarebbe stato meglio sostituirli entrambi - anche il frigo gemello del freezer, agli addetti alla consegna avvenuta alla fine della settimana con ritiro contestuale dell'usato. Sono rimasta soddisfatta dei nuovi frigo e freezer gemelli Liebherr ma soprattutto dell'esperienza di acquisto nel suo complesso. Consigliatissimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una scheda per un piano ad induzione NEFF, cambiata da solo e risparmiato qualcosa perchè sono nel settore. Personale (tecnici e operatrice) estremamente cordiali e disponibili anche per l'individuazione del ricambio corretto. Idem per il prezzo della scheda che era assolutamente concorrenziale ed in linea con quello che si trovava on line. Ho preferito acquistarla da loro per le recensioni lette e anche perchè avrei avuto un riferimento locale in caso di qualsiasi problema. Inoltre è sempre meglio tenere "vivi" le aziende locali e i negozi REALI. Grazie
I ordered a board for a NEFF induction hob, changed it myself and saved some money because I'm in the business. Staff (technicians and operator) extremely friendly and also available for identifying the correct spare part. Ditto for the price of the card which was absolutely competitive and in line with what was online. I preferred to buy it from them for the reviews read and also because I would have had a local reference in case of any problem. It is also always better to keep local businesses and REAL shops "alive". Thank you
