Il giorno 11 del mese di maggio con delega di mia moglie Scoccianti Gabriella che ha ereditato a seguito del decesso di sua sorella un appartamento a Ge/Samp. In via cassini n. 3 per dare la disdetta dell erogazione della corrente. L operatore ha eseguito il tutto, gli ho fornito anche l indirizzo per mandarmi la corrispondenza al nuovo domicilio mi ha assicurato che il giorno dopo la corrente sarebbe stata disattivata ma non mi ha informato che avrei dovuto collegarmi con un operatore per la punzonatura del contatore.Con lettera dell Enel mi è stato comunicato che senza la punzonatura che se anche L appartamento è privo di corrente finché il contatore non è punzonato deve pagare la bolletta. Infatti è arrivata una bolletta di euro 40,35. Secondo voi è un buon servizio? Complimenti,
