★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il periodo storico è pessimo a causa dei rincari delle tariffe, specie per aprire una nuova utenza, se si aggiungono poi le burocrazie, si diventa matti; fortunatamente ho sempre interagito con la stessa persona, trovando sempre supporto e collaborazione praticamente in tempo reale. Grazie mille a Cinzia!
The historical period is bad because of the price increases, especially to open a new user, if you then add the bureaucracies, you go crazy; luckily I have always interacted with the same person, always finding support and collaboration practically in real time. Thanks a lot to Cinzia!

Anche perché molto spesso le tecnologie e i servizi, per quanto avanzati -a volte proprio per questo-, non sono supportati da una assistenza al cliente adeguata.
Ecco, ho fatto la scelta giusta, al di là dei possibili disservizi che purtroppo ogni gestore ha, ho trovato una referente disponibile e diretta, trasparente e molto di supporto: Cinthya. Grazie!
I am often out of Italy for work, which is why I was looking among the jungle of offers from energy managers of all kinds, someone who also had "real" contacts, a physical shop with people who really were there.
Also because very often technologies and services, however advanced - sometimes for this very reason - are not supported by adequate customer assistance.
