★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono iscritto da poco ma ho avuto da subito una ottima impressione! Alta attenzione all'igiene ed alle norme anti-covid, mi piace tantissimo l'app e l'integrazione con i macchinari e la presenza della scheda ed altre funzionalità!
In più, per la prima volta, ho trovato un trainer che dopo aver visto i referti medici, , mi ha dato esercizi che solo i fisioterapisti mi hanno mai fatto fare!
I recently signed up but I immediately had a great impression! High attention to hygiene and anti-covid rules, I really like the app and the integration with the machinery and the presence of the card and other features!
In addition, for the first time, I found a trainer who, after seeing the medical reports, gave me exercises that only physiotherapists have ever made me do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra dotata di piscina interna e piscina esterna aperta in estate. Presente anche un centro relax (saune, bagno turco e idromassaggio). Si possono frequentare corsi, e ce ne sono molti sia in palestra che in piscina (nuoto e acquagym), oppure allenarsi in autonomia. Gli istruttori sono qualificati e attenti. Molto attenti alle norme anti COVID, dai controlli alla sanificazione degli ambienti. Il tutto a prezzi onesti.
Excellent gym with indoor pool and outdoor pool open in summer. There is also a relaxation center (saunas, turkish bath and whirlpool). You can attend courses, and there are many in the gym and in the pool (swimming and water aerobics), or train independently. The instructors are qualified and attentive. Very attentive to the anti-COVID regulations, from checks to sanitizing the environments. All at fair prices.
