Andrea and Roberto know a lot about photography and it's nice to talk to them when I take the films to develop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un mese di attesa per un cuscino con una foto da stampare e con l errore di aver pagato in anticipo . Arriva la truffa dopo la beffa una foto stampata in modo orrendo e non come ordinato. La scusa una scritta che nn sapevano come mettere. Allora non fate i fotografi . Un principiante avrebbe fatto meglio. Non pubblico il cuscino per rispetto di chi è nella foto. E nel caso vi servite di altri studi dovreste garantire i lavori. Neanche la decenza di scusarsi e riparare al danno fatto. Sconsiglio vivamente il posto e ritengo poca serietà nel servizio .
After a month of waiting for a pillow with a photo to print and with the mistake of paying in advance. Here comes the scam after the prank a photo printed in a horrible way and not as ordered. The excuse a writing that they didn't know how to put. Then don't be a photographer. A beginner would have done better. I do not publish the pillow out of respect for who is in the photo. And if you use other studios you should guarantee the jobs. Not even the decency to apologize and repair the damage done. I strongly advise against the place and I consider little seriousness in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionisti come non mai, non cercano di venderti il più possibile ma le cose mirate giuste per te: mi hanno sconsigliato di acquistare un prodotto che avevo in mente di prendere. In più molto pazienti e chiari riguardo le funzioni e gli accessori delle macchine, basta spiegare loro cosa vorresti fare e subito ti danno la soluzione migliore per TE e non per LORO.
Professionals like never before, they don't try to sell you as much as possible but the right targeted things for you: they advised me not to buy a product that I had in mind to take. In addition, very patient and clear about the functions and accessories of the machines, just explain to them what you would like to do and they will immediately give you the best solution for YOU and not for THEM.
