β β β β β Highly not recommended. Worst service I have ever seen. I ordered over-priced contact lenses (2 complects for different eyes) on Thursday and was told that itβs going to be 100% on Tuesday. I came late Tuesday afternoon and the workers couldnβt find it. They offered me to wait for tomorrow (not sure if it can be true) or (!) take just one lens kit. I spent about 1 hour watching fontani ottica employees looking fur my order and it took about 30 minutes to find any details. Stay away from this place. And thanks for ruining my days in Italy.

β β β β β The prices in Florence are very high. This store, however, offers below average pricing. I bought a Kodak Colorplus 200, 36 exp. for the price of 5β¬. Don't really know how much they charge for film developing and scanning.

β β β β β This was a terrible experience. They told me I could get digital files as well as my film processed, telling me they would provide a CD or to bring in a USB. They quoted me a price for the whole thing saying it was 0.40β¬/photo for digital on top of the film processing fee, however when I went to pick it up a few days later, they said they no longer provided this service. I received only a roll of film without even a contact sheet. When I inquired about the digital files they told me I had to go to Bologna for this! What sense does this make? I would recommend going elsewhere, they are not professional.

β β β β β The best place if you need glasses or camera equipment in the city. I have been a client since over 25 years and have never been disappointed! The shop is divided into two separate sections. The personnel is highly competent and can give you any help you need. They are also very nice. Prices are among the lowest in the market. Highly recommended.

Products of real good quality, and staff very accurate and careful of every need.
