Penso che le piccole attività vadano valorizzate, soprattutto in un momento storico come questo, ma se i presupposti sono questi... meglio andare altrove.
Mi rincuora leggere altre recensioni come questa vuol dire che la mia non è stata solo un impressione ma un dato di fatto.
Peccato.
No trace of professionalism, no trace of love for one's work, no respect for the customer.
I think that small businesses should be valued, especially in a historical moment like this, but if these are the conditions ... better to go elsewhere.
