M	Mattia1 Gravina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POCA PROFESSIONALITÀ E SCORTESIA Mi sono recato in questo centro per commissionare una stampa di una foto, nonostante le molteplici recensioni negative mi sono affidato alle mani di un presunto esperto del settore, solo successivamente mi sono reso conto della scarsa competenza e della mancata professionalità del titolare.Inizialemente mi aveva rassicurato sull'eccellente risultato che sarebbe riuscito a compiere ma in realtà è tutt altro;ad oggi mi trovo ad avere una stampa sfocata sgranata e Quindi di scarsa qualità.Il già citato titolare di codesta attività ascoltando le miei lamentele si è giustificato dicendo che ciò era scontato poiché la foto non era di buona qualità(pur avendo precedentemente affermato il contrario) LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM AND RUDE I went to this center for commissioning a print of a photo, despite the many negative reviews I entrusted myself to the hands of an alleged expert in the sector, only later did I realize the lack of competence and the lack of professionalism of the owner.Initially he had reassured me about the excellent result that would be managed to accomplish but in reality it is completely different; to date I find myself having a blurry grainy print and therefore of poor quality. Mi risponde una persona confusa che mi dice di avere una giornata impegnativa e di richiamare. Nessun problema: richiamo dopo tre ore confermando la volontà di acquistare l'oggetto. La persona è ancora "incasinata" e mi chiede di sentirci martedì mattina; gli rinnovo la volontà di acquisto e lui mi rassicura. Chiamo martedì mattina (il lunedì sono chiusi) e l'oggetto è stato venduto domenica. Ho dovuto acquistare (con piacere a questo punto) lo stesso oggetto in un negozio online del Nord Italia. Zero Professionalism. I'm calling Saturday morning to buy a used product. A confused person answers me telling me to have a busy day and to call back. No problem: call back after three hours confirming the desire to purchase the item. The person is still "messed up" and asks me to hear Tuesday morning; I renew my will to buy and he reassures me. La sua risposta è stata che da una foto scattata dal cellulare il risultato non poteva venire migliore. A mio avviso una persona seria e professionale fa presente prima il problema al cliente e non pensa ad intascare i soldi e truffare le persone. SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI!
