Oltretutto aggiornamenti sullo stato dell'ordine ogni giorno (cosa che non ho riscontrato da nessun altro rivenditore). Pacco arrivato nei tempi previsti, senza alcun danno. Che dire..........ineccepibili. Servizi postvendita da copiare assolutamente. Voto 10 e lode, ma ci sono solo 5 stelle.....

Plus updates on the status of the order every day (something I have not encountered from any other retailer). Parcel arrived on schedule, without any damage. What can I say .......... flawless. After-sales services to be copied absolutely. Rated 10 and praise, but there are only 5 stars .....

Si sono fatti inviare una foto su WhatsApp e mi hanno indicato il cercatore adatto al telescopio. Rapidi ed efficienti.
My son received a telescope as a gift that was bought on Amazon. The same came out with the finder not working. I called them, they were very kind. They had a photo sent to me on WhatsApp and pointed me to the finder suitable for the telescope. Quick and efficient.

ho ordinato un cercatore per il mio telescopio ed appena finito il pagamento ho subito ricevuto una mail con il tracking della spedizione del pacco.
Il prodotto è arrivato in perfette codizioni e la spedizione è stata velocissima.
Per sbalio avevo effettuato un pagamento doppio e mi è stato subito rimborsato, ho parlato con l'assistenza tramite whatsapp che è stata molto utile e veloce ed è stato risolto il problema. Vi consiglio molto questo negozio. Professionale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un cassegrain puro tecnosky 150/1848, solo tubo ottico. Desideravo un newton 150/1200 ma non era disponibile e quindi per non aspettare ho deciso per il cass 150/1848. Devo dire che e' luminoso e nitido nonostante la sua occlusione. Precedentemente usavo un newton 127/900 ma questo e' meglio anche se e' arrivato un po' scollimato ma facile da collimare. Col newton ci impiegavo piu' tempo.

I took a pure tecnosky 150/1848 cassegrain, optical tube only. I wanted a 150/1200 newton but it was not available and so in order not to wait I decided for the cass 150/1848. I must say that it is bright and sharp despite its occlusion. Previously I was using a 127/900 Newtonian but this is better even if it came a little unglued but easy to collimate. With the newton it took me longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La PEGGIORE esperienza che potessi aspettarmi. 500 euro di ordine che mi è arrivato, dopo una serie infinita di e-mail, 2 mesi dopo (NON STO ESAGERANDO, DUE MESI ESATTI DALLA DATA DELL'ORDINE). Oggetto difettoso. Ulteriore mail, liquidata con un link ad una pagina con una serie di operazioni del tutto inutili, peraltro tradotta malamente con qualche traduttore automatico, (pulisci qua, controlla la... ecc). Per far funzionare la stampante ho dovuto modificare un pezzo, invertire dei cavi e aggiornare il firmware. Quindi in caso di bisogno, anche se solo dopo una settimana dalla ricezione dell'articolo, NON SI PUO' CONTARE SUL LORO INTERVENTO (in barba alla garanzia prevista per legge). Lasciate perdere. Non meritano neppure un centesimo, altro che centinaia di euro.
The WORST experience I could expect. 500 euros of order that I received, after an endless series of e-mails, 2 months later (I'm not exaggerating, exactly two months from the date of the order). Defective item. Another email, cleared with a link to a page with a series of completely useless operations, however badly translated with some automatic translator, (clean here, check the ... etc). To make the printer work, I had to modify a part, swap cables and update the firmware. So in case of need, even if only one week after receiving the article, YOU CANNOT RELY ON THEIR INTERVENTION (in spite of the guarantee provided by law). Forget it. They do not even deserve a cent, other than hundreds of euros.
