I maestri si distinguono per le capacità didattiche così come per le qualità umane ed il rapporto diretto con gli allievi. Il gruppo è coeso e rodato, nonostante la giovane età dei praticanti. Consigliato a principianti ed esperti!
 In this gym we learn Karate through the study and practice of Kumite. The masters stand out for their teaching skills as well as for their human qualities and the direct relationship with the students. The group is cohesive and tested, despite the young age of the practitioners. Recommended for beginners and experts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho praticato Karate in questa palestra per vari anni.Ottima palestra per chi vuole praticare karate sportivo o moderno.Non viene insegnato il karate tradizionale,ormai in quasi nessun dojo viene praricato... Per chi vuole allenarsi al karate moderno o sportivo, è una delle migliori palestre,basta vedere ul risultato degli allievi. Maestri preparati.Il maestro" principale" ,Enrico,molto preparato nell ambito del karate sportivo,e moderno. Riguardo ai costi non pronuncio parola,in quanti potrebbero essere cambiati. Palestra adatta a bambini, ragazzi e adulti,per praticare karate moderno o sportivo privato del suo aspetto spirituale.

La palestra è ben attrezzata e c'è grande cura per l'ambiente. Inoltre è un luogo di scambi, costituito da un gruppo unito, serio e amichevole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra (o meglio Dojo) adatta a bambini/ragazzi ed adulti, con uno staff professionale e preparato, in grado di soddisfare le esigenze sia di chi pratica il karate a livello amatoriale, sia per gli atleti più esigenti, interessati ad un percorso agonistico.
L'ambiente è informale, senza però tralasciare la disciplina, aspetto a mio avviso fondamentale per l'apprendimento delle arti marziali, specie per i più piccoli.
Gym (or rather Dojo) suitable for children / teens and adults, with a professional and trained staff, able to meet the needs of both those who practice karate at an amateur level, and for the most demanding athletes, interested in a competitive course.
The environment is informal, without neglecting the discipline, which in my opinion is fundamental for learning martial arts, especially for the little ones.

I’m an American student who was looking for martial arts in Florence, and this is the place to be. Classes are small so teaching is personalized and helpful. They have classes for kids and adults, from complete beginners like me to competitive black belts. Highly recommend!
