I had a great time, both with the teacher and with the various instructors. the gym is very welcoming, clean and offers a lot of activities, all related to Chinese kung fu.

La scuola è curata e gestita con passione ed offre vari corsi con più livelli. Per me vale 5 stelle. Once I said "I like it, I feel at home" ... I can't find other words to better describe the environment. The school is cared for and managed with passion and offers various courses with multiple levels. For me it is worth 5 stars.

Immaginavo di allenarmi ed imparare qualche tecnica marziale. Niente di più. Dopo le prime lezioni mi accorsi invece che esiste un mondo intero dietro quella scritta. Un mondo affascinante che, passo dopo passo, sto scoprendo grazie a questa scuola e alle splendide persone che ne fanno parte, dai maestri agli allievi. Ogni volta che passo oltre quella scritta succede poi qualcosa di particolare, accade qualcosa che oggi si è un persa: entro in contatto con me stesso. It was May of 2016 when I passed for the first time under the sign "Kung Fu". What did I expect? I had no clear idea. I imagined myself training and learning some martial techniques. Nothing more. After the first lessons I noticed instead that there is a whole world behind the written one. A fascinating world that, step by step, I am discovering thanks to this school and to the wonderful people who are part of it, from the teachers to the students. Every time I pass beyond that written, something special happens, something happens that today is lost: I come into contact with myself.

One of the very rare schools in the world that teaches a program consisting of five different styles of KUNG FU developed in parallel to offer the practitioner a broad experience of the vast world of Chinese martial art. A selection of the most representative external and internal traditional styles (Hung Gar, a style derived from the ancient Shaolin, Wing Chun, Tang Lang, Tai Chi, Pa Kua), deepened in the study of forms with weapons and bare hands, relative martial and self-defense, accompanied by the theoretical part with historical, philosophical and cultural aspects. Pratico tai chi e qi gong da 3 anni in questa palestra e sono assolutamente soddisfatta, sia dei maestri, veri professionisti delle arti marziali, che della disciplina. Ci si sente in una grande famiglia e noi allievi veniamo seguiti sia dal punto di vista pratico che teorico, infatti vengono svolte lezioni di storia delle arti marziali e durante le lezioni impariamo anche i nomi cinesi delle sequenze. Fantastica! Extraordinary kung fu gym! I have been practicing tai chi and qi gong for 3 years in this gym and I am absolutely satisfied, both of the masters, true martial arts professionals, and the discipline. You feel like you are in a big family and we students are followed both from a practical and a theoretical point of view, in fact lessons are given in the history of martial arts and during the lessons we also learn the Chinese names of the sequences. Fantastic!
