 Impeccable service, I don't think I can find a better organization, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice set-ups, excellent cuisine, I recommend it for your wedding and for the various celebrations.

It is always a pleasure to organize weddings and events with Galateo Ricevimenti given the quality they offer in the service and cuisine. Each event is studied in detail and followed with dedication and attention. The staff is trained and suitable for destination weddings and therefore for an international clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Galateo is the highest quality catering service available in Italy and possibly all of Europe. They pay an enormous attention to detail and have every resource one could imagine necessary to plan and cater an event of any scale. Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgable and passionate, especially Costanza and Bartolo who gave us a wonderful tour of the facilities. I would highly recommend their services as the food is of the very highest quality and the people/ service is just as amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Galateo's service was amazing! I visited the company headquarters with my class to learn how they manage and organize their services for different events throughout the year. A special thanks to Bartolo, Costanza and Elisa for the welcoming atmosphere and behind-the-scenes tour. I had a lovely time and would like to hire the company for my future events.
P.S. Thank you for the focaccie alla mortadella! They were delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them about catering for our Wedding. Went far down the process in agreeing menus, structure etc. Process was a bit challenging as they struggled to offer a presentation for what we had asked, each time sending through a very complicated budget that did not represent what we wanted and with many, many additional areas to sell us more things. It took quite some time as the sales manager was constantly 'stretched'. Very late in the day after we had invested lot of energy and time we were informed they were fully booked. Wasted our time and left us in the lurch. Fortunately our friends are amazing and are helping. Do not rely on this company. I think we dodged a bullet as I am sure they are stretching themselves too thinly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a two day wedding in May of 2019, which featured appetizers, a luncheon, millefoglie (made live at the wedding!), and pizza party dinner the first day - the whole day we had beer, wine, and aperol spritzes available. On the second day, we had Indian appetizers, followed by a dinner and full American bar. We visited Florence for a tasting in September of 2018 and were blown away by the experience that Galateo provided. The food was beautiful, the tasting was well structured and impressive, and the manager who sat with us did a great job talking through our needs and wants. On the weekend of we were so impressed by the unbelievable execution and professionalism of the staff. The making of the millefoglie was certainly an event that we will never forget, and it was delicious!! We were concerned about the Indian appetizers because we weren’t able to taste them ahead of time. Ultimately, we wound up with delicious food that received praise from all of our guests- including those from India! This caterer was the most expensive one that we considered and was worth every cent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Galeteo Ricevimenti as our wedding caterer and are so happy with our decision. We had 83 guests attend our wedding and every single guest stated that the food was not only the best wedding menu they've ever had but the best meal they have ever had. In addition to our regular menu we also had them create our wedding cake in front of our wedding guests. The presentation was a highlight of the evening and experience you can't get anywhere else. The cake was an Italian delicacy and most guests averaged 3 pieces during the night because it was so good. The food was exquisite, the staff was professional, the service was exceptional, and we would highly recommend! We live in the US and we were not able to travel to Italy to see our venue or taste the food until the day of. With a caterer as exceptional as Galeteo, a tasting isn't even needed. Our only regret is not figuring out a way to ship some of the food and our wedding cake back to the US.
