È di gran lunga il corso migliore di Ju-jitsu tradizionale giapponese della città. All'interno del corso si praticano gli stili più prestigiosi del ju-jitsu tradizionale, come lo Yamato, il Daito ryu, il Katori shinto ryu (spada samurai). Ma anche il Krav Maga, arte marziale israeliana di autodifesa nata dai principi del Ju-jitsu. Il tutto apprendendo tecniche efficacissime ma in piena sicurezza. In anni di frequenza non mi sono mai fatto male, eppure ho fatto (e mi hanno fatto) di tutto. Nel corso si pratica praticamente ogni forma di combattimento ma anche di lotta, sia in piedi che a terra. E naturalmente la difesa da armi: bastone, coltello, spada, pistola. Non manca davvero niente. Gli allievi vanno dai 15 ai 40 anni, di entrambi i sessi. Raccomandatissimo sia a chi vuole apprendere l'autodifesa vera ed efficace sia a chi vuole conoscere una arte marziale antica e vastissima. The sensei Andrea Caretti was a pupil of Maurizio Silvestri and therefore his art descends directly from Soke Clark, founder of the World Ju jitsu federation. It is by far the best traditional Japanese Ju-jitsu course in the city. Within the course, the most prestigious styles of traditional ju-jitsu are practiced, such as Yamato, Daito ryu, Katori shinto ryu (samurai sword). But also Krav Maga, an Israeli self-defense martial art born from the principles of Ju-jitsu. All by learning very effective techniques but in complete safety. In years of attendance I have never hurt myself, yet I have done (and have done to me) everything. In the course practically every form of combat is practiced but also of wrestling, both standing and on the ground. And of course the defense from weapons: stick, knife, sword, pistol. Nothing is really missing. Students range from 15 to 40 years of age, of both sexes. Highly recommended both to those who want to learn true and effective self-defense and to those who want to know an ancient and vast martial art.
