La causa è lodevole, il servizio tutt'altro. Dal vivo aggressivi, frettolosi a discapito degli ospiti. Saranno forse pochi e stanchi ma non giustifica l'arroganza. It is a 24h monitoring but sometimes there is no one in the office and they do not answer the phone, instead when they contact you they always give different information. No mi confermano che purtroppo è così di suo. Sono stata aggredita verbalmente da questo signore tale dott. Brunetti con illazioni e supposizioni errate confermato poi dal mio veterinario che tutta la documentazione era regolare. Parlava solo lui era praticamente isterico così mi è partito l embolo. E mai è stato più giustificato visto l arroganza il menefreghismo e la saccenza che governano quest omino lego. Mi vergogno per lui per i suoi modi e per la sua faccia. Meno male che il signore accanto il signor Roberto è stato unico nella sua gentilezza e disponibilità, non avrei potuto andare avanti. Consiglio al distretto ASL di viale Corsica di rivedere bene la scelta dei dipendenti poiché il signore per quanto mi riguarda dovrebbe chiedermi scusa in koreano e sinceramente neanche le accetterei. A pranzo il cibo è ottimo in rapporto al prezzo, consiglio la pasta all'uovo ed il risotto perché la pasta di grano duro è parzialmente pre-cotta, visto che i pasti sono molto veloci (ideali per pausa pranzo). Assaggiate i piatti cubani che sono stati modificati per incontrare i nostri gusti (meno salse meno piccante). Kind, always smiling, economical. At lunch the food is excellent in relation to the price, I recommend egg pasta and risotto because the durum wheat pasta is partially pre-cooked, since the meals are very quick (ideal for a lunch break). Taste the Cuban dishes that have been modified to meet our tastes (less sauces less spicy).

Dopo il nostro arrivo entrano dei signori che mi urlano di entrare, ho capito si trattasse di me solo perché ero l'unica nella stanza, sembrava stessero chiamando un conoscente. Inizia il controllo dei documenti e il veterinario si incasina da solo, partendo dal presupposto che abbia sbagliato i documenti richiesti e trattando la conversazione con un'aria di saccenza e prepotenza che se ci ripensi mi infiammo. Non ha guardato il cane neanche per un secondo e dopo avemi trattata come fosse sicuro di aver di fronte una persona con ridotta capacità intellettiva si è fatto gli affari suoi per tutta la "visita" addirittura contattando un'altra cliente alla quale ha chiuso in faccia dopo che questa le aveva fatto una domanda sul suo caso di passaggio di proprietà. Fortunatamente quello che credo fosse il segretario è stato gentile e abbiamo risolto la faccenda in tempi normali. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE AL MEDICO DI CAMBIARE LAVORO. FORSE AVREBBE PIÙ SODDISFAZIONE A TRATTARE CON COSE INANIMATE, MAGARI DEI SACCHI DI PATATE. The worst vet in history. I went as the new owner for the change of ownership of my dog. After our arrival some gentlemen enter and yell at me to enter, I understood it was me only because I was the only one in the room, it seemed they were calling an acquaintance. The document check begins and the vet messes up on his own, assuming that he got the required documents wrong and treating the conversation with an air of knowing and arrogance that if you think about it I get inflamed. He did not look at the dog even for a second and after he treated me as if he were sure that he was in front of a person with reduced intellectual capacity he went about his business for the whole "visit" even contacting another customer to whom he closed in the face after she asked her a question about her change of ownership case. Luckily the one I believe the secretary was was kind and we got it sorted out in normal times. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE DOCTOR TO CHANGE WORK. MAYBE HE WOULD HAVE MORE SATISFACTION TO DEAL WITH INANIMATE THINGS, MAYBE SACKS OF POTATOES.
