★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parlato con una volontaria in quest istante, sinceramente sono rimasta basita dalla sua arroganza e poco professionalità.
A mio avviso in questi stabilimenti ci vorrebbero più persone volenterose e con una carica di energia pronti ad aiutare i poveri cuccioli abbandonanti e non, invece uscirsene con risposte del tipo "È UN PROBLEMA VOSTRO".

Se solo il comune di Caserta fosse più presente e assegnasse l'incarico previsto per legge ad un dipendente comunale, si potrebbe fare molto di più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se tutti i volontari siano così, ma certo non ho mai sentito tanta arroganza e cattiva educazione concentrate in un'unica persona. I volontari dovrebbero dedicarsi al bene degli animali, eppure quella con cui ho parlato al telefono per chiedere aiuto per una povera anima abbandonata mi ha risposto con la dolcezza di un elefante: " Perché ha chiamato me? Mica mi posso occupare di tutta la provincia di Caserta? "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una spiacevole sorpresa...avendo altri animali per la prima volta ho deciso di adottarne qualcuno anziché andare in un negozio...quindi ho provato a contattarli, per sapere più o meno dove si trovava e mi hanno risposto quasi seccati, sembra che ti stiano facendo un favore...sinceramente fanno girare un pò le scatole...per non dire altro... che dire, mi dispiace veramente per gli animali e lo trovo anche ingiusto per loro che per questa cattiva pubblicità o modo di fare, probabili "famiglie" si rivolgeranno altrove.
