Half an hour in a queue at the cash desk with two people in front. Unacceptable that with all the staff pacing back and forth you have to wait so long at the cashier!

Mia moglie con 3 grucce in mano entra in camerino per provare degli abiti. Dopo aver provato un top mi chiama per avere aiuto e desidera provare una misura diversa.
Una commessa vedendomi nella zona camerini mi richiama dicendomi che io li non posso stare.
La cosa mi urta un pò, credo di aiutare facendo il "Loro lavoro" ma sapendo che nei centri come il loro non si da assistenza al pubblico mi limito a rispondere con tono poco allegro che prendo il top e mi allontano.
La commessa mi fa pure "Il verso" dicendo che potevo rispondere in modo più cordiale.
N°1 la commessa non si era accorta che all'interno della zona camerini non ero l'unico uomo
N°2 Perché io non posso stare nella zona camerini? Perché si vede lontano un miglio che sono etero? Se camminavo leggiadro come una "Farfalla" e mi faccio chiamare Manuelo mi fanno entrare? Con i trans come si regola la struttura? L'etero oggi deve accetare la discriminazione.
N°3 Chiedo ad un'altra commessa se si potesse avere il top nella misura diversa e mi chiede di attendere 5 minuti. Dopo 15 minuti torno ad informarmi ed il top era poggiato nel loro bancone. 《Scusate ma potevate avvertirmi della presenza del top. La risposta è che loro non fanno assistenza e che dovevo osservare io per intercettare con lo sguardo chi dal magazzino arrivava con il top.
ZARA che bella esperienza negativa.

N ° 3 I ask another saleswoman if you could have the top in a different size and she asks me to wait 5 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi era mai capitato che la commessa addetta ai camerini mi richiamasse per aver lasciato un maglioncino al contrario nella cesta dei vestiti non acquistati. Mi ha chiesto di girarlo ed ha aspettato finché lo facessi. Il cliente dovrebbe sentirsi accolto e coccolato, non redarguito. Pessimo servizio!
