E ' auspicabile che ill personale, venga sottoposto a dei veri corsi di prepazione al servizio per la vendita.
Mi sono sentita accolta in un primo momento, e personalmente additata e nn capita, in un successivo momento.
E ' piu' che comprensibile fare sentire.che il cliente desidera essere tutelato in tutti i passi che concernano l' acquisto deigli articoli.

I would suggest the activation of a Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Shirt and the Lady in the store put the wrong one in the bag. I realised her mistake when I arrived home and returned, asking for the correct one. The service I experienced was arrogant, not professional and the lady at the store even started shouting at me even if it was her mistake ? I can’t believe that a Calvin Klein store hires such an unprofessional and amateur staff. I do not recommend anyone to make their Calvin Klein purchase here, and if you do expect the rudest service!
