★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio ho comprato una confezione di "BOCCONCINO di mozzarella" della ditta: "Le LATTERIE di Zappalà spa". Aperta la confezione e scocciolato il prodotto mi sono trovato in mano una piccola pallina di mozzarella, incuriosito dalle sue modeste dimensioni l'ho pesata su una bilancia elettronica, molto precisa che uso giornalmente per pesare altri prodotti. Con grande sorpresa/delusione mi è comparso nel dispay il numero "76". Ho mangiato la mozzarella, in verità molto buona, compro sempre i prodotti "Zappalà".
Adesso, da consumatore, mi faccio una domanda perchè scrivere sulla confezione, che il prodotto scocciolato pesa 100 grammi, quando in realtà manca il 25% del suo peso?
Dal lotto (A) si evince che il prodotto è stato confezionato nello stabilimento di Zafferana Etnea.
 Yesterday afternoon I bought a pack of "BOCCONCINO di mozzarella" from the company: "Le LATTERIE di Zappalà spa". Once the package was opened and the product pitted, I found myself holding a small ball of mozzarella, intrigued by its modest size, I weighed it on an electronic scale, very precise, which I use every day to weigh other products. With great surprise / disappointment the number "76" appeared in the display. I ate mozzarella, actually very good, I always buy "Zappalà" products.
Now, as a consumer, I ask myself a question why write on the packaging, that the peeled product weighs 100 grams, when in reality it lacks 25% of its weight?
Lot (A) shows that the product was packaged in the Zafferana Etnea plant.

Zappalà é tornata a produrre mozzarelle in Sicilia.
É importante che le aziende locali valorizzino il loro territorio.
Specialmente al Sud.
Per questo motivo lascio 4 stelle.

Mozzarella Siciliana made in Germany - che altro dire, una beffa per tutti i consumatori che pensano di acquistare prodotti siciliani.
Le mozzarelle Zappalà sono invece prodotte nello stabilimento di Haag in Germania (vedi foto). Possiamo quindi davvero chiamarle mozzarelle?
Il prodotto a mio avviso è davvero mediocre, adesso mi spiego il perchè.
Azioni di questo genere sono inconcebili, una vera e propria presa in giro.
Superfluo aggiungere che, fino a quando verranno utilizzati stabilimenti esteri per produrre prodotti caseari tipici italiani, non acquisterò più prodotti Zappalà.

Zappalà has returned to producing mozzarella in Sicily.
It is important that local companies enhance their territory.
Especially in the South.

Sicilian mozzarella made in Germany - what else to say, a mockery for all consumers who think of buying Sicilian products.
The Zappalà mozzarella is instead produced in the Haag plant in Germany (see photo). So can we really call them mozzarella?
In my opinion, the product is really mediocre, now I'll explain why.
Actions of this kind are inconceivable, a real joke.
Needless to say, as long as foreign plants are used to produce typical Italian dairy products, I will no longer buy Zappalà products.

I like the mozzarella made in bavaria. Other delicious products too. Adventurous journey by truck, but there is a beautiful view. Very friendly staff. Always happy to come for 12 years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei farvi una domanda:ma che ca..xx vendete? Ho acquistato una busta di tris di mozzarelle ... immangiabile.odore sgradevole ...ma l'ho pure assaggiata per accettarmi che non fosse solo l'odore.conclusione tutta buttata,non la comprerò mai più e la sconsiglierò a gran voce.
I'd like to ask you a question: what the ca..xx you sell? I bought a bag of trio of mozzarella ... inedible. Unpleasant smell ... but I also tasted it to accept that it wasn't just the smell. All thrown away, I will never buy it again and I will strongly advise against it.

Ho acquistato una confezione tris di mozzarelle Zappalà con scadenza una settimana Le ho aperte dopo un giorno passate in frigo ed erano diventate dure e gommose tutt'altro che soffici e gustose come mi aspettavo. Cara ditta Zappalà qualunque sia il tuo progetto commerciale se L'obiettivo non è la customer Satisfaction è destinato a fallire
A very bad experience. I bought a trio of Zappalà mozzarella with a shelf life of one week. I opened them after a day in the fridge and they had become hard and chewy, anything but soft and tasty as I expected. Dear company Zappalà, whatever your commercial project is, if the goal is not customer Satisfaction, it is doomed to fail
