E infatti in questa ricerca mi sono imbattuta nell'Azienda Ittica della Famiglia Testa, che ha la sede in Catania. La storia di questa azienda risale agli inizi del 800 ', e da allora la qualità dei suoi prodotti sono il fiore all’occhiello della cultura culinaria della Sicilia. Being a lover of fish products, I always look for products suitable for my tastes. And in fact in this research I came across the Testa Family Fish Farm, which is based in Catania. Già, la loro. Perché il prodotto che vendono è il pesce pescato da loro coi loro pescherecci. Entusiasta dei sapori, ottimi per cucinarli o mangiarli così, ma anche ideali da regalare ad amici e parenti. Una bella scoperta! I was curious about this new company but then I discovered that it is not new .. They have centuries of experience in fishing and in dealing with THEIR raw material. Yeah, theirs. Because the product they sell is the fish caught by them with their fishing boats. Enthusiastic about flavors, excellent for cooking or eating them like this, but also ideal for giving to friends and relatives. A nice discovery!

F	Foodrink Costiera amalfitana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato i loro prodotti ( alici sotto olio, sgombro sotto olio, e tonno rosso) sono davvero degli ottimi prodotti di qualità, il loro amore e dedizione per il lavoro è evidente nei loro occhi prodotti, si presentano in una scatola bellissima ed elegante, ho preparato diverse ricette e mi sono accorta che il tonno ha tutto un altro sapore rispetto a quelli che ero solita mangiare ( più commerciali) anche le alici hanno un sapore superbo le ho provate con la burrata e il pane croccante, un incanto! Appena finiti prodotti sicuro ne farò scorta di nuovo! I tried their products (anchovies in oil, mackerel in oil, and bluefin tuna) they are really excellent quality products, their love and dedication for work is evident in their eyes produced, they come in a beautiful and elegant box, I prepared several recipes and I realized that the tuna has a completely different flavor than the ones I used to eat (more commercial) even the anchovies have a superb taste I tried them with burrata and crispy bread, a charm! Azienda molto seria, ha risolto ogni problema che abbiamo avuto con i corrieri e con un prodotto arrivato rotto, sostituendolo e facendoci uno sconto del 10% sugli ulteriori acquisti. Positive experience, excellent products and supelative tuna.
