Mi dicono di rispettare il turno ma in realtà il mio turno non è mai arrivato ed è proprio per questo che non tornerò più. Very abundant food and kind staff as far as karaoke is concerned, the girl only calls her cronies. Il karaoke è permesso solo agli amici dei proprietari. Appena seduti dopo aver ordinato arrivano gli "antipasti", 4 bruschette e delle patatine fritte. Nel frattempo causa eruzione dell'Etna cade cenere sui tavoli, nessuno del personale o proprietario ha trovato una soluzione e non abbiamo avuto nemmeno una mano di aiuto per spostare tavoli e sedie, cosa che abbiamo fatto noi invitati. Le pizze ordinate alle 21:30 circa ancora non arrivano, e dopo continue richieste di spiegazioni e solleciti soltanto alle 23:55 le portano al tavolo. Il personale e il proprietario si giustificano dicendo che hanno dovuto bloccare il lavoro a causa della cenere vulcanica, poco credibile come spiegazione visto che agli altri tavoli il cibo continuava ad arrivare. Per i celiaci non hanno un forno dedicato, infatti le pizze senza glutine vengono cotte in un "forno pulito e disinfettato", detto da loro, possibilmente non è privo di contaminazioni e assolutamente rischioso. Qui la professionalità non esiste, zero cortesia e attenzione verso il cliente, a maggior ragione dopo tutti questi problemi avremmo voluto almeno delle scuse che non sono mai arrivate. Karaoke non disponibile ai clienti poiché la ragazza che lo gestisce organizza la lista a suo piacimento. Scortesia da parte del titolare che si giustifica dicendo che essendo sabato c'è da attendere, quando anche la gente arrivata dopo stava già consumando la propria ordinazione. Lo sconsiglio a chiunque abbia voglia di passare una serata all'insegna dell'allegria e del buon cibo, anche perché possibilmente potreste goderne solo della vista dagli altri tavoli. C'è ne siamo andati e ancora il titolare con la cassiera volevano ancora ragione del loro comportamento. Lasciamo stare il karaoke che chi lo gestisce fa cantare solo gli amici suoi. Chiesto più di una volta al titolare come funziona li ma non è cambiato nulla. Complimenti sinceri per la brutta figura che ho fatto con i miei ospiti. Pranzo di Pasqua con porzioni scarsissime forse preparate il giorno prima e poi riscaldate (anche male), pane duro, niente bevande light, i bicchieri con un tanfo insopportabile e per concludere in schifezza un pezzo di torta che sembra masticata e ributtata nel piatto. Ho anche visto un cameriere prendere con le mani delle patatine e mangiarle prima di impiattare. Spero che chi di competenza faccia il suo lavoro e li faccia chiudere.
